It's better off in private sector. The state never made any money on it anyway and weighed down by billions in debt. After the purchase it what happens to the debt? I just hope it cleared off AMCONs books. 2 Likes 1 Share |

Despite the fact that this project was handed over by a PDP governor (Donald Duke) to another PDP governor (Liyel Imoke), there was little or no continuity to the Tinapa dream. By the virtue of this project, Cross River should have been one of the most talked-about states in Nigeria, in terms of tourism. This same state has been one of the most indebted states in Nigeria with little or nothing to show for it. Just like Abia state, they have consistently recycled terrible leaders (except Duke) over the years. But who do we blame? Buhari and/or Tinubu. 1 Like |
