Please o urgent question (Post ITA),

while filling the form for current and previous work experience, do i need to add my previous job
even after I have worked over 3 years in my current job and that is the NOC I'm using.

I'm asking because if I claim the previous work experience which was 2 years + I will still be required to
upload a proof for it, which is a long thing

So my question is should I just claim only my current job since I have over 4 years experience and NOC?
the one you are using in work experience only. The others belong to personal history no ref required.

Insightful! Thanks alot
Dunno if you have an answer to this.
In my ECA, I evaluated my Acca and under country of study I wrote UK which is wrong as I took the program in Nigeria. The error was that I mistook that question location of the qualification. Do I just go or when I'm submitting documents I add an affidavit stating the mistake and apologizing...

Pls I need help I don't really know much about IQAS and I wanna be sure my law school certificate will be evaluated as professional degree before making any payment as I don't have Masters yet. Advice please if u know more about IQAS.
Iqas only law degree to be evaluated equals masters but it takes 6 to 7 months

Wes law school plus degree transcript 2 or more degree ( 7 points lesser than masters) and much faster

If you can wait go for iqas. If 7 point is not your problem use wes

Hi,

Definitely use IQAS. They'll only evaluate your LL.B degree.

Hello gurus, I need your help.last year, I applied for conference visa by an agent and I was denied of which the agent messed things up for me claiming I'm married, working ,have Bsc, although I was denied because I couldn't provide statement of account and don't have travel history. so I decided to process student visa on my own and I already got admission but I was told to pay tuition deposit from the institution. My fear is,if I pay that although I have a brother I want to claim he is my sponsor but if I pay that fee,how do I do if they ask me if I have been ever denied and also if those documents is still with them and they see the work experience and my former CV that I'm a graduate of which I only have ND? Any help please because I've been told I need to pay the fee by July 4

Add only the job you claimed under the correct NOC and have a reference for under work experience, your previous jobs will go under personal history

Thanks that was so helpful, the 7points won't really be an issue. I just wanted to be sure I can go ahead with WES. Another thing is I don't know wc option to fill for my law school. On WES portal I see options for 1. Masters of laws and 2. Diploma of law. So I don't know if I should just fill *Certificate of Call to Bar* wc is what is on my certificate. Please advice...

Good morning all,

I just checked my ICES portal now and see that the status says "Application Complete" (after exactly 16 weeks today) of which I am yet to receive any mail from ICES.

Please what could this mean?

Thanks.

For anyone having issues getting a high CRS after trying all you can, maybe because of your age or ielts especially in this era of 460's and 470's, you should consider the Atlantic Immigration Pilot Program.
The IELTS requirement is low (CLB 4 or higher) as well as the POF required. The catch is you have to get a job for you to be eligible but this isn't impossible as each province has participating employers.

This is an explanation of the program from someone in the process:
First of all you will need to find a job and then ask the employer if they are willing to support your PR application thru AIPP or not. Because they will have to do lot of paperwork and disclose some business documents to the government. Small business might not want to do it.

Second, if they are willing to do it then the employer will need to apply to be a designated employer. There are forms and required documents that have to be filled by employer and submit it to the provincial gov't. If approved, the next step is filling endorsement application forms and get a settlement assesment from immigration officer. The immigration will refer you to go to a place where an officer will assess what you need to settle down in the province, for example need a living place, or english course, etc. Its for free. The result of the assessment will need to be submitted along with the endorsement application forms. If approved by provincial govt, the provincial govt will give you endorsement letter.
This letter has to be submitted along with your PR application to the Federal. After you got endorsement letter, you are on your own. I meant, you dont need your employer to do paperwork for you anymore. This part is employee's part.
All the best
