3: How do I send a copy of the Self introduction Letter? Mind you, It is your employer that will give you an Introduction letter but if you’re self employed, have your secretary draft one and sign for you as well.

Thanks!

Brother I am so happy due to your quick response.

You can forward a copy of the Self introduction letter to my email at itedjereg77@gmail.com

And I will contact my employer to write the Self introduction letter. I typed out myself before.

Since he is sponsoring my Flight to South Africa. Will it be best for him to use his Bank Statement.

If Yes, How many months should the bank Statement show.

Thank you so much for the information. I am most grateful.

Sir, If you have A million naira in your account then you do not need a sponsor. Most importantly, do not deposit any large amount into your bank account before you print out your statement because the consular will just deny you on the grounds of “Banks Statement Lacks Credibility”.

However, if you’re using a sponsor ( family member preferably) He/She or the Organization should print a 3 months ( if you’re applying in lagos & 6 months for Abuja) bank statement with reference letter from the bank confirming your sponsor as the sole signatory to the account.

Lastly, take note that your employer will provide you with the ‘INTRODUCTION LETTER’ to Introduce you as their employee and also stating your intended date of departure/return and your salary (optional). The introduction letter must be printed on the company’s letter head A4 paper.

Thanks Sir!

Bro thanks a lot for this tip , I have really been hearing all sorts of things thats why I was really worried , thanks a lot , I really appreciate , but please bro what year was this ? I heard it's their new system now , they are being very strict

I was a holder of the said “ Volunteer Permit” for 3 years before I changed status. I can confirm to you that I have stayed outside the Republic for 3 months and 2 months plus on numerous occasions. Did you travel or traveling with an ID card that can confirm that you're truly volunteering with the organization? Another tip, when returning to SA, depart Nigeria on a Saturday so you can arrive SA on Sunday morning. Also, dress formal and be confident. I know their immigration can be tough sometimes! In a Nutshell, You don't need to apply for another Visitors Visa Sir.

Lest I forget bros, make sure you are able to divulge the address of the ‘supposed’ organization you’re volunteering just Incase they ask you. To be honest with you, I’m 60% sure the immigration officer may not even ask you anything hence it’s a volunteer permit. I wish you the best bro!

My volunteer permit expired in March 2019. How long do you plan to stay in Nigeria for?

Bros, From what I have gathered, the cause of delay at Abuja Embassy is backlog. Remember, someone ones mentioned that his daughter got her visa on June 10 in Abuja and the processing time was 6months. Judging by the previous posts, your family’s Visa seem to be the oldest because it’s way over 4months. My wife and kid just submitted in May. Let’s keep waiting for the positive outcome.

Brother You tried. Even in the night you still responded to my message. Thank You so much I am grateful.

You see, Its actually my Employer that is my sponsor. So I was wondering if that will be a problem since you said ( family member preferably)?

Also, While Booking on the South African Airways Website, Should I Book a Flight Departure and Return of Exactly 3 months since the Tourist Visa is For 3 Months and I intend Staying for That 3 Months?

Should I Print The Entire Mail Sent To Me By South AFrican Airways. Take A look at the attached Picture??

Brother, the delay is tiring. It’s been 3 months and a week we’ve been waiting for a tourist visit visa. I’m not even angry anymore, wifey and daughter birthday was supposed to be celebrated in Cape Town first week of this month, I even made arrangements but their birthdays don pass already. Withdrawing their passport doesn’t make sense right now. I’m not sure I’ve seen on this platform since I started following it that anyone have waited for 4 months untop visit visa. Mine will be 4 months in about 3 weeks time. The South african consulate don’t take Nigerians serious, because according to the email conversation I had with vfs in Nigeria. They informed me that South Africa High Commission phone lines and emails are not reachable for now.

This is just too terrible. I won't even think of submitting my tourist visa application at abuja anymore. It must be Lagos

Sorry Brother

From my own little understanding, once you get the vaccine, you can't take another one as it's for 10 years.

You only submit the card for another country that requires the card. I am bound to be corrected.

That means I can still use my yellow card to travel to another country seems the validity is 10 years ?

same yellow card can be used for any country that requires it from you. Just keep it attached to your passport anytime you’re traveling out of the country.

where did I tell u ...u can't use it for other countries...I said something is ur property for life....if u used it for southy d only vaccine u took was yellow fever..if u want to go to Egypt for example that require polio vaccine for traveller, take the same yellow card to port health authority , they ll give u d vaccine and write it on ur yellow card. how is my analogy difficult to understand ?....don't interpret someone's thought by ur understanding, its better u state where u didn't understand and I ll explain what I meant !!!
