The victim, either from fear or shame, may find it difficult to tell anyone about the abuse, talk less of reporting it as rape. My cousin was raped in my house by my uncle when we weren't at home. She never told us till she fell pregnant 2 years later. She was quite young and we started tracing her sexual history and found out she was raped under our roof. Till date we haven't press charges because of....... The 1st time without consent is rape but the subsequent ones is not consensual either as the victim is manipulated and acts under fear. Go get some education on this. A minor can't seduce you or conceded to sex with you. In law a minor is not sui juris or of age for any consent on her own. Whatever you do with a minor has a legal consequences on its own.
