London is just like most capital cities- densely populated and first go to city for everyone looking for jobs and socials. crime in general is going down, just that knife crime predominantly amongst gangs is takng the spot light. People still move about freely even at midnight

In Scotland, life is easier and comfortable for raising up kids and having good family with moderate and comfortable lifestyle.
