We dont have anything like a failed SGR dude. Our SGR is superb. We have arguably the best SGR in Sub Sahara (Niggadome ). You have to point out which place gets 12 hr electricity in the capital. Me not aware of any. Unless those with illegal connections in illegal settlements. But naija is a powerless state where folks iron their clothes by placing traditional rudimentary iron boxes on gas cookers. Some like you place the iron box on their hot anger
