I can't import contacts from my sim to phone and sim contacts isn't showing..abeg

Hi guys, i have unrooted gionee m5 mini, it's in boot loop i.e it keeps restarting when booting.
I have done hard reset but the problem is still there.

Pluging the charger shuts down the phone too, i have tried changing the charger but no success.
