I was shocked that she didn't know the meaning of sibling, but I don't think she's dumb necessarily, I guess her vocabulary just isn't that extensive

Yeah possibly, you know when someone says something you didn't hear properly but you don't want to ask them to repeat it so you just nod and hope the next question isn't a follow up of the one you didn't understand cheesy
