I have an MSc from a university in the UK. Do i have to evaluate my B.Eng which is from a Nigerian university as well? I'm trying to avoid complexities (getting transcript, WAEC stuff, etc) if i don't absolutely have to.

Hello house,

Please I need some help. I've been trying to pay for the WES evaluation report for about a month now but it hasn't been going through. Tried all my cards and the others available to me, no luck.

Can anyone suggest an alternative?

I can transfer the full amount to anyone who can make the payment for me.

Thanks in advance.

Do you know if CES recognizes BCS certification? Can I use them to evaluate my credential?

Hi, I’m new here so I hope I’m replying this message the right way. I’m about to pay for the BCS course and I wanted to know if you studied on your own or used compunet? If you used them how helpful were the WhatsApp classes and do you have a background in IT . I don’t have a background in IT and I don’t want to waste money so I want to be sure it’s doable and the compunet WhatsApp classes are helpful. Do you also have reading materials I can look through? Thank you.

Sir, if you would spend just 5 minutes to read through just any 3 pages of this thread, you will find the answer to your question there. Even yesterday, someone addressed a similar question. But here we are again.

Be responsible for yourself. (Please, I'm not saying this to be derogatory, sir. Sincere apologies if you find it so.)

To answer your question, you don't have to evaluate your Nigerian degree if you are using your UK Masters. And you won't be needing WAEC.

Hi guys,

If you're like me with no background in IT, be sure to check their website for past questions to practice with and study hard.

Hope this helps!

Please did you sign up with them ? Please can you share your reading materials so I can look through before signing up. I don’t have a background in IT too so I’m worried. I want to make sure it’s something i can do before I sign up . I’m hoping to sign up latest tomorrow morning, please let me know. Thank you.

It will take WES at least 3-5 work days to update ur status. Remember Monday was public holiday in Canada. Call WES to inquire.

Goodevening everyone. Uniben sent WES an email to verify my transcripts but WES claims to have not received such, even though transcripts office at Uniben is adamant the email was sent and delivered to WES. Paid the 2k Uniben charges through remita, exchanged it for receipt, submitted to them and all. Please has anyone experienced such before and how did u tackle the issue. Thanks

Called WES already. They're saying they're yet to receive any mail from Uniben hence they cant update anything, but Uniben are very sure they've sent it.

Hello Eghosa, do let me know if WES updates your profile because UNIBEN also just sent my verification to WES yesterday.

A quick question please.

will WES continue work on degree transcripts pending when WAEC sends confirmation of results?

No. Your evaluation will not start until ALL credentials/documents are received and acknowledged.

The postal mail should have arrived by now go to unilag and disturb them, during my time I had someone there giving me stories I had to go myself before it was done. Secondly, I think unilag verify in batches which means they wait to have enough mails before they send back to Wes.
Mariesio:
Help needed ooo!!

I got a mail from WES on the 22nd May that they have sent via mail and courier copies of my credentials to Unilag. As I type this ,I have sent WES mails and tweets 4 times that Unilag is yet to receive it as my contact in Unilag cannot find it .

What else can I do pls?
Re: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program - Connect Here Part 8 by Vicolak: 12:35pm On Jul 03, 2019
If you processed your transcript online, send them mail. They will reply you and tell you if the mail has been sent or not. Although WES too can take time to update, but it is better to confirm from Lag before accusing the man.

Lynchokkles:
Good evening, please this is quite urgent.
I got a contact from unilag for WES transcript verification via email, so after paying the guy, he told me he has already sent it to WES, after 48hrs I got no update regarding to the verification response from the institution. So I called WES to let them know, but was told no mail received from my institution. So I told the man it has not yet received, he said sotry he didn't tell me, that all emails sento on that day were bounced, I felt bad though but still composed myself. He said it will be resent, I disturbed him all through for 2 days to make sure it has been sent. He said to me yesterday that WES will update me soonest. After taking some chill pills all through yesterday and today, no nothing. I called him back, and he is saying i have to be patient that WES takes 15 working days to update after receiving all verification from unilag... now I knew he is just playing me. Please guys, those that did verification from unilag, does it take that long as the man claimed?... Please if not, I urgently need a reliable contact to help me with email verification. Thanks as I await replies

I am in same position with Unilag. They replied WES on Monday, I called WES yesterday and they told me they have not received any email from Unilag. She however told me it would take at least 3-5 work days for any update to reflect on my dashboard. So I am hoping by Friday they will update.

Good morning house, I'm a newbie here with no experience whatsoever and hoping to get assistance and advice in all areas please. How can i join any WhatsApp groups (if any) or meet with someone to put me through please. Thanks

Hi. You are in the right place. There's a link for WhatsApp group on page 1 of this thread. To join the group, you need to read all the information on page 1 because you'll be assessed based on those information.

Just joking, there's no WhatsApp group. All the info you need is on page 1. Cheers

Noo, you dont need any contact at Unilag records office. Mine was done without any contact, I only sent mail when it seems they were slow with the verification response and they replied me the next day that the mail had been sent a day before my mail was received. So I will advise you send a mail too.

Lynchokkles:
They sent verification as at 18th June.... but I was told email verification can be done if you have a contact at records though

Unilag will tell you they have responded but haven't that's what they did to me. At last when they responded before the end of the day Wes already updated my portal. If nothing changes today go and disturb them to respond.[qquote author=ans123 post=79902092]I am in same position with Unilag. It's obvious Canadians are against refugee and not skilled immigration.
