Well, pre enrolment is N19300. The cost of legalization isn't fixed. The more documents you want to legalize, the more the financial implication. You get?

Like a lady I know pre enrolled and legalized just one document. Her NPC birth certificate. She paid 19300 for pre enrolment and then 11600 for the legalization. This doesn't mean that the cost is just N30,900. Do you understand?

So for another, it may be higher than that depending on documents you need to legalize but for pre enrolment, its fixed at 19300.

If you were born after Dec, 1992, you can get NPC birth certificate. Otherwise, you need attestation of birth and declaration of age.

And you can get any of both at any npc office. And declaration of age at high court.

Hello House. I have a foreign appostille degree which according to the embassy I need not legalize it again. But my question is that I don’t know if I still have to translate it before going for pre-enrollment . Please share your thoughts

MOE (only educational docs) and MFA (all docs) Abuja will authenticate both originals and photocopies. The Consulate will authenticate photocopies already authenticated by MOE and MFA.

someone on this tread had the same issue. It's a sad one to hear as pre-enrollment may be denied. You can read through the previous pages. Don't take my word for it. You can give it a shot.

Go to WAEC office in Ogba. Had same issue last year and some how I found a way out of it.
