Palm oil stew. Add locust beans and make it spicy if you're tired of the regular stew (I didn't bleach the oil).

And I tossed the vegetables in eggs for three minutes only grin

Close up photo. It’s not even pasty.
For this combination it’s actually quite grainy as this combo tends to get soggy if you want the beans really tender.

When people who can’t boil water start to dishing out culinary advice that’s what happens.

As I am seeing this breakfast with hubby cup and the scented candles and tray I am thinking breakfast in bed on Sunday morning with coco for dessert
