It is cow intestine/cow leg . And the plate is not that deep but look big .the meat is actually 1/3rd of that plate. . It is traditional plate accustomed to the igbo.


If you have taken Chinese organ soup. There is no much diffrence. Apart from, Chinese own is watery while that of Nigeria is thick.

It is a meal on its own. We have kilichi That is dry suya . It is plaster with groundnut paste. Very tasty. I recommend this one for you. It is common in Nigeria north and there is the version in Ghana north. Called chichinga. Very tasty too . I prefer taking Yoruba cow leg pepper soup. I personally love something pepperish .

nah, the igbo one is made of wood. But generally all Nigerians and west Africa have something like that base on tradition. Yoruba and the Akan people of Ghana still prefer to use it to take palm wine till today.. Do you have Palm wine in Kenya?
