Mehn I no go lie,I will loose interest in this AFCON if we crash out in this round 16, and I no wan loose interest If Egypt eventually crashes out against South Africa, then this year's AFCON will go into records as the AFCON with the least spectators in the history of AFCON..cos it's only the Pharaohs the pulls amazingly crowd. 2 Likes |

But one of the ways must be chosen... The Ighalo way or the Osimhen way; unless you want to see an Onuachu, who Rohr cannot utilise properly, start again. And if any player refuses to pass to Osimhen, then such has a sick mind. But I don't think any will try such nonsense. darkelf: 1 Like |

Before you continue the Lamentations, recall that same Peru got bashed 5-0 by Brazil in same competition in the group stage and will now be facing same Brazil in the final on Sunday. Now, you would have ruled them out from that point but here they are in the final having defied all logic. Our football is on the rise again with the springing up of these multi-talented youngsters daily across Europe and from the home front but the problem now lies in finding the the right hands and mind to nurture them into a mega force walking in the fullness of her limitless potentials. I talked about this when I was the first to signal a rise and steady comeback to reckoninh for Dutch football. On the thread, I was told Holland will struggle to make Euro 2020. I laughed because I have studied their latest growth. I said Holland is rising again and over a year later, my words have come true. The Dutch are back. Watch out... Nigeria is next. But we need the right hands. darkelf: 1 Like |

tbaba1234: Boss Tbaba .... So Rohr is the reason for your silence. My people can you now see the power of the Rohr effect? It makes you look at your phone or gadget so disinterested in what is being discussed every time you remember that 2-0 loss to a team ranked 108 in world football.... it can turn you into a notorious silent reader in the realm of ghostmode... Look at what Rohr has done to one of our finest, Tbaba1234... Chaaiii... It is well 13 Likes 2 Shares

BascoVanVeli: The difference between me and you is that you are unapologetically biased in favour of all things Nigerian. And your unit of measurement is done in isolation. Firstly, tell me one post where l have said in relation to his Osimhen performance that he is poor. Keeping matters in context of past present and continous. I have described Osimhen as possible the best current young Nigerian striker and is a very good player. But is he world class❓ is he currently one of the best top young strikers in Europe❓ a capital NO. That's being objective not biased. I stand on the same opinion which is OSIMHEN is not better by any stretch of the imagination than Ighalo. If that's what you term " making a young kid look bad " then you are out of touch with reality. I used the ESPN portal to tally league goals scored. I gave my parameters of measurement being l rate only on league goals. It gives a more holistic and level view. ESPN said 11 another person said 12 it's academic of no real importance. 1 Like |

jihday: Agreed on point. It's your consistent top quality performances in your club that gives the justification for selection yo national team. You can't invite players and hope that in 2/3 weeks you will turn them into being prolific goal scorers. That's simply ludicrous. |

Earthquake3: Anybody can play in a game. But what impact did he have against the very physical Burnley and tenacious Brighton. I like Iwobi l am even emotively biased towards him. But his goal stats for a forward player are abysmal if the truth must be told. We are playing Cameroon and l will still pick Mikel in this very important game to start. Iwobi to come in as sub for him when Mikel is tired and the Cameroon players are a bit fatigued too. Can Onyekuru cross the ball? ❓ he is very similar too Chukwueze they hug the ball and don't back track to defend. that could cost us. Like to see Onuachu and Ighalo to start and then depending on how things on.out. Osimhen to come in for Onuachu later on. Awaziem offers very little, l hope Collins is back to full fitness. Because our options are limited. Another problem the SE has we don't have anybody good on free kicks and set play situations and we don't seem to be able to make a simple cross with accuracy. 1 Like |

Earthquake3: Iwobi lack the gut and grit to play in the AFCON...He will lose more possession, Ekong will lose possession, Ighalo will miss 20 chances to score, Musa will outrun lightning....Just when I thought I was about to recover from the world cup disaster another is about to strike. Are you telling me out of 170 million people we can't find a solid 1st eleven? It's painful to endure when there is no hope of relief. What's wrong with Nigeria.....It hurts. What are we actually good at?? Always bringing worthless whitemen who come to Nigeria and are treated like gods....I pray Nigerian youths rise and spill blood! |

I don't really care about big names, but it's surprising how they got both Kluivert and Seedorf on their technical crew. It's not something Nigeria would normally pull off. darkelf: 1 Like |
