My last attempt to buy databundle on 10 July through transfer of airtime was unsuccessful. Airtime taken but no data was given. I sent mail, text and open a ticket yet nothing comes out of it. One Alexandra asked me a question, I provided an answer but refused to do nothing, even with a text message to alert her.

I think something fundamentally is wrong with their system.. How can you refuse to resolve customer complaints since 10 July, more than one month now.

What is a Dispense Error?
It is an error that occurs when your account is debited for a transaction and value is not received, EITHER:

Your transaction fails at the point of making payments via POS/Web but your account is debited for the same value.
Cash is not dispensed from the ATM but the exact amount has been debited from your account.

Contact your bank for resolution/reversal

better leave clubkonnect they are set of scammers. I will blacklist them and take their cases to CPC. I used atm to fund my account since 7th June. They are telling me to produce transaction I'd. I called all to no avail. If you know them . tell them to refund my hard earned 3000.or else.,..

With the numerous cry out of people been scammed on a daily I wish to inform you to take off from your website adverts of clubkonnect which also doubles as nellobytesystems as my investigation also shows same scam website hides to operate under directsellvtu. The numerous identity is a way to hide and lure their unsuspecting victim to patronize them from different squares while been ripped off.

A quick search on Nairaland alone shows that a lot of complains has been made so far, yet nairaland as not blacklisted this clubkonnect scammers. In fact, I see nairaland accepting adverts from them endangering the ever growing innocent nairaland users.

Do I say, nairaland runs after money to the expense of the safety of its website members and community?

This is an unofficial post, I will be making a serious report and letter to Nairaland, Naijaloaded, and of course google policy.

They can do facebook advert because people will comment. This is a polite threat, as am not in a hurry, I have waited patiently for 13 days now, this is a quote from yesterday, before I go far let the clubkonnect scammers refund my money and make a public apology to Nigerians deceived do far. Until then, Nairaland should proof that money can not buy their conscience.
It seems when issues are not brought to the social media it wont be attended to. I have been calling, sending text and emails, I have been insulted by your customer cares and I want to make this final warning before I start my campaign with proofs of how you clear transaction history of your members after 7 days to cover up your atrocities. Audio conversation of insults and call drops, proofs of how you collected my over 10,000 and marked that a transaction was successful meanwhile DSTV said they did not and would never send money into a wrong DSTV IUC meaning my money is with you, proof also with me is the start times scam clubkonnect did to me, I did a 3800 subscription but the startimes agents can only confirm 1900 in the decoder. Like I said earlier, you forced me to do this. This issue has been online for over 12 days now and you guys have started avoiding my calls. Lets us do it your own way, waste money doing adverts, let me start my own campaign too.

Clubkonnect is somehow fraud I used the site for times but I've got issues with them when they sell expired data epin I generated almost 50k worth of data epin which is meant for my customer they know that their data epin is expired and yet they went to sell it for me up to now no refund no word from them, if to say they have office here in Kano they'll see trouble and they'll regret opening the company and I swear my hard earned 50k will not go like that

I don’t know why clubkonnect choose not to credit my wallet after making a successful deposit transaction, the first time I deposit #400 internet transfer which they claim is Automated but I wasn’t credited, i called the customer care several time which I even use #300 airtime for the calling reach some stage their customer care started cutting my calls, still yet no avail till date.

Today again this morning as at after 8am I deposited # 1000 I was debited but still my wallet has not been credited, till now my wallet is not credited.

Please is this just a means to extort mon from people (scamming) or what?
