You may have to exercise patient till when they will resend another verification documents at the expiration of the seventh week. The same was applicable to me also, after Uniben said they didn't received the first one they sent, depiste a lot of disturbance on WES, they didn't send another one not until they send the second one which is after the seventh week that they sent the first one

No, you will make a single payment, provided you submitted the application at the same time, it is possible to evaluate from WAEC to PHD at the same time with one payment, just click add credentials while filling the application and add a all of credentials .,,, but if you have already completed and evaluation before you aquire a new degree, and you want your new degree to be evaluated, then you will have to make payment for the new service, I hope you understand, and that answers your question.

Pls,can anyone give me an update if laspotech non-academic staff have call off their strike.
I want to sent my laspotech OND & HND transcript/certificate to WES.but I could not because the last time I went to library in ikorodu campus to do this,the place was locked and I was told by the security officer I met over there that the peoples that will attend to me were all on strike(non-academic staff).that was February.
Please can anyone advice me what to do and how to get my transcript from laspotech.

pay your school verification for the transcript(which i believe should be 10k--that's half of 20k).
then use hellofax to fax your statement of result or certificate to WES. Using the appropriate fax number

I have paid for the verification for the transcript but they are insisting that if they are send a copy of the statement, I have to pay 20k for them to use their email.

I already used hellofax to send a copy to wes. it is this copy that they are asking for verification. I don't understand. This is the screenshot.

If WES received it takes like 72hours l.e 3 working days for it to reflect on your dashboard. During my own time in just 48hours they updated my dashboard that a new documents was received.

But, they are waiting for the verification of this two documents from your school, so your school need to send both before they can evaluate your result. I once had this issue resolved for a friend. Write to them via mail and rant, i tell you. They will work on it immediately. Go to their social media esp Twitter and call them out. Use the DM feature to bug them till they reply you with an update on your dashboard. Thing is, the more you delay with letting them know you've
verified, the easier they can tell you they didn't see your school's verification mail. After like two weeks or three if you are sure you've sent in all that is required of you, send them another mail telling them you need an update with regards to when you will receive/be expecting your evaluation report. If you need a format to send, send DM and i will help you out with that.
