With his session coming so shortly after a firecracker, it was slow.

Made some of his opinions known but the slow paced gist kinda made the listener want to tell him to fast forward.

But he did explain that he needs certain types of food to keep his energy levels up as an athlete (or something to that effect) so I am supposing that maybe the adrenalin of being in biggie's house might be wearing off for him.
