No one said they did not go for auditions. Most did at least. A video of that Tacha girl even appeared online at the time of the audition.

Most people are saying the audition was merely a formality. The organizers knew the people they were gonna pick already -- or at least, had a pool of people they were gonna pick from -- and they did just that.


Hundreds of people without connections arrived the audition venue the previous day. So how was it possible that those people were unable to get in while these ones got in? Or did these ones arrive the audition venue two days earlier?

A look at the contestants also indicate that they are all from rich or affluent backgrounds.

Pre-Big Brother throwback pictures released by previous contestants after the competitions also indicate that some knew themselves before getting into the house while others knew some influential celebrities.

Let is all be sincere with ourselves: Big Brother Naija is part of a larger problem with this country.

But it is a private business and they are allowed to do things their way. But why call for an audition when you knew the selection process was never going to be free and fair?

That part is illegal and I believe they are supposed to be heavily fined for it. Their crime is equivalent to that committed by regular companies and multinationals that run fake promos.

But I don't watch Big Brother by the way, so...
