Great idea, gooseberries have a wine-ish taste and would be perfect for making wine! I make juices with them but haven't thought of making wine but will try it out sometime.

Thanks for introducing me to Dianxi Xiago! I looove her channel and have begun following her on YouTube. She's a great cook and her dog is so beautiful . I'm not seeing the video where she used goldenberries to make wine. Are you talking about the goat fruit video?

I cooked okazi soup last night, added a lil uziza too. Started 11pm , na wetin insomnia dey cause.

Anyway, I used crushed palm fruits. I think it gives a finer taste and colour maybe.

Didn't put achara and akporakpo, I have people eating it that are not native to my place.
