Why do these Arab countries turn foreign workers into serfs needs pondering over? Is there any reason behind it? Is it because the local Arabs are a tiny minority in their own country hence fear a rebellion by outsiders. It is worse than cruelty. It's indifference of the authorities to the their plight.
