depends on your discipline obviously. If you are an engineering inclined candidate, NNPC all the way. Wouldn't even blink at the other. NNPC also caters well to many other disciplines than FIRS. NNPC also pays much more at GT level.. NNPC has more international recognition depending on your discipline. But if you are very passionate about something like Tax advisory, then FIRS is the way to go. But generally, NNPC is far more lucrative

You haven't been following the thread. People from different disciplines have been invited. Tell him to prepare for the next recruitment

I said IOC are usually owned my private individuals while NOC are owned by govt of countries.. They then asked for examples
I gave IOC: shell, chevron.. NOC: Saudi Aramco, NNPC, Statoil

The chairman of the panel, still asked me to explain IOC with the examples..i explained again going shell as an example.. He then told me NNPC has 55% shares in Shell, does that make shell a NOC? ( in my mind I was like, my village people oh )

Credentials verification is no biggie. Just go with what you have. Main certificate or Statement of result. I went with a Notification of Degree and it was accepted.

I hail o. I did my interview on Monday, I was Slated for 7:00 am but I finished almost 12pm. The Panel seemed t nice to me, they all wanted to hear me talk except 1 man that was just attacking left and right. I kept my answers shot and direct because with my experience from other interviews too much talk can koba you. I was doing well so far. After the fifth Man finished with Me. There was silence for some minutes while they were taking notes. It was at this moment my village people entered the interview room, Fortunately or unfortunately it coincided with when the Oga of the Panel asked me If I had any question for them, I took a deep breath, Smiled and thank them for the opportunity and I asked directing the Panel oga. The " Ruga Scheme" a yes or a no. I noticed the surprise on all their faces even without looking, At this Point I was convinced My Village people Came along with a Costa Bus, another Minute of silence Followed then the Oga spoke, " well that don't have have anything to do with NNPC it is a political Something and It depends on the States that agree to it or not, Their Questions surprised me so I decided to Play the game with them, I honestly hope I get this Job But I no dey attach My Heart to am Because I am certain Allah will only give me the best and nothing but the best.
