Mamas biko, Apart from cerelac, which other cereal is cool for a 22 months old. I once tried golden more but he reacted to it, so am holding on on that till say 2years 6month again.

Why don't you give home made food a trial? He is almost 2years, he should be able to some kid's friendly food such as mashed beans with fish, pap with milk, amala or semo with draw soup, mashed potato with fish, boiled egg and so on.

Being a long time I post in this thread, most times am on peeping mode. How has motherhood journey been for all of us? We will not have cause to mourn over our children by God's grace... Amen.

Oats is good too and very nutritious

Then try packing regular cereal like cornflakes, cocopops, rice krispies etc. If you don't want to do Kellogg's, Infinity has a wide variety of cereals too for way cheaper (but also not as tasty as Kellogg's).

Use Johnson no.more tears liquid soap. That is what am using for my baby. If your baby has rash, apply baby tribotan on it and mix nycil prickly heat with a normal powder and apply on his body. The rash will stop. That is what am using for my baby's rash and it has disappeared

Hello mama, you can start mixing her diet with Nutribom. Its cheaper and lasts longer than Frisogold. That's what we've been doing, we buy Frisogold, Nutribom and Lactogen. It's usually lasts us for two weeks.

@Agbgift please if you giving your baby formula kindly give him water to help reduce constipation. It happen to my baby too. I gave her water since the breast milk was not flowing well and i cant leave my baby hungry. I gave her water and the strong poo stopped. I do give her breast and formula now. Her poo was yellow and strong and she didn't poo for a day and half and i was worried. Whenever she tried to poo she ends up crying and nothing was coming out because it was strong for her. I Google and oga google said i should use vaseline. I took one cotton bod insert inside vaseline and put inside her anus not deep ooo just at the entrance and moved it in circular motion and see your baby will try to push the poo out.

Also take lots of water as it helps your baby's poo. I don't give her water often so her poo is like eguisi now or sometimes paste. Its not hard anymore as my breast milk flow is better than before.

Same with me. My mum will even apply Vaseline or red oil on cotton bud and put in his anus yet nothing. He would stay for 1week b4 pooing until I started giving him enough water that's when he started pooping daily. We did mixed feeding.

Good morning all, please I need assistance on this because lactose free milk is scarce and also not pocket friendly where we live and doctors have advised we give him only lactose free milk. he can't even take breast milk anymore,, somebody pls help.

Honestly, exclusive is the best ọ. My friend works and did exclusive for 6 months. She had to look for someone to carry her baby and bring her when she wants to feed. But if you can't meet up no wahala. Mixed feeding is ok too. I am a stay at home mom and I did mixed feeding because I couldn't meet up with exclusive.

Eya. Same for me too, ftm. We are 6 going to 7 months now. Even my friend is a ftm but she did exclusive which I could not do. I did the one I could cope with. Please do the one you are comfortable with. So far baby is healthy.

EBF is the best and stressful though ..u can try dt if u really feel EBF is ur plan don't let work be a barrier evrn though I know it can sha

I think it's Maclean that has 1-6 years. There are others like punch and judy, Colgate and Aquafresh.

Please what can I do to lactate? We are 2 weeks old today ,breast milk is just dropping little by little and my baby is not patient enough to help me suck it ,she is on NAN at the moment.
