Credentials verification is no biggie. Just go with what you have. Main certificate or Statement of result. I went with a Notification of Degree and it was accepted.

P.S: know that JV operations structure differs from the ownership structure of a company, NNPC has major stake in its JV operations with IOC and Indigenous oil firms (the JV has a MOU and JVA and funded via the cash call process, it doesn't mean they own those parent company).

I am trying to figure out my panel number
I was interviewed on the 10th floor, BLOCK C.
My room (panel) was opposite panel 20.

Panel 20 had the man who was really jovial and wore crocs lol. He wore glasses and has a beard. he always came out with a smile and jokes. I believe he's a Geologist.

A lady ushered the people from my panel, she wore glasses, native (trousers and tops, she's tall)
Who was interviewed in the room opposite panel twenty in the same venue? If you were, tell me what number it was please. Thank you.

I applied for the same role.. They did not ask any question from my CV, but asked field related question on SIL & SIS.. Then more of maintenance planning/scheduling questions.. I suspect the maintenance person in my panel was a maintenance planning engineer

That’s what I’m talking about, Safety Instrumentation Systems, a protective layer above the plants DCS.

Wish I had such questions. They were asking me Computer Engineering questions, like what is OLE, sigh �

D only memorable thing that happened today was that I told d Lady that ushered my panel in that I was hungry. She offered her food, the other guys talk say dey no wan chop, me i no send. I chop d rice finish, d lady and I shared d chicken, one of d guy wey talk say him no wan chop, come put e hand inside my chicken

I use water flush am down before I entered in for my interview. How I go dey inside NNPC and hunger go dey catch me

Though d chairman of my panel thought my Dad , because of my surname was his former boss, he said d man was so good to him, that if he was d one, he would have walked away to prevent clash of interest.

N.B: I am presently working in one of the new generation bank

A very tactical question in interview sessions. Your best route is to briefly introduce your present employer, give insights to some strengths and then pick out some weaknesses. However, end your statement by giving an account of some intiative taken (including yourself as a current employee) to address some of the observed weaknesses.

A typical answer could:

“I am proud to be a part of the XYZ company because over my last 5 years i have gained insights to the world of accounting , improved by client relationship abilities and developed by skills in the use of advanced accounting software. However, XYZ company despite its market leadership in product distribution is still plagued with issues around operational lapses that leads to avoidable loses. I have personally made recommendations to my immediate line manager on what i feel we could change to transform some of the current process to improve efficiency and curtail loses. While some of these are yet to be implemented, XYZ continues to sustain its market share but can no doubt be a much more profitable and competitive enterprise”

You can end there but expect some follow up questions eg so why do you want to leave them if you have so much belief in them?. If that happens ensure you try and draw positives from the current experience with XYZ company's and state clearly how your coming over aligns with your career goals coupled with the fact that experience gained in XYZ company has equipped you with skills and aptitude relevant to the role you seek now.
