Hello guys I recently purchased a new battery for my dell laptop, I brought it back home then left it to charge, it charged up to 68% and stopped charging. it says plugged in not charging. I used another original charger same thing.

then I took it back to where I bought it. when I went back there today to collect it, I saw it was charging, I brought it back home although there was no light,

I tried to power it causes it was charging when I collected it after all, it didn't turn on. now they brought light I plugged it and went out for about 45 minutes they took it. I tried to on it , it won't on the battery is just hot. Help

Return it back and explain the new situation to them.

Make sure you stay there and charge till it is fully charged.

Take note of the charger they use, whether it is 90W or 60W.

Replace your laptop camera, you don't need to install any drivers.

Just like your DVD rom, immediately you connect it, it will automatically install it driver.

Same thing applies to your laptop camera, if you can't find the driver imaging device on device manager then your camera is bad.

Replace it.

My HP lappie has refused to connect to the internet via MTN modem. I have uninstalled the modem and reinstalled, yet the prob persists. I am now using an unbranded modem. The connection is slow. I am at a loss. Pls help solve this prob. I can't work comfortably without the Internet.

Check your keyboard maybe it has camera switch there, bcus some Asus need to switched the camera on keyboard before it can work.

Contact mtn for help, I guess you need to do some settings on your laptop to connect.

I hope you're not using another SIM on the mtn modem and if yes I hope it is unlock?

Does the caplock blink? Does it make any sound when you power it?

Check your power management. Right click on battery icon, locate power settings.

You will see put laptop to sleep, change the settings on battery or charger to never.

Try this and see.

The problem happened again today. So I checked my event log, under kernel power and here was the cause of the error it stated.

"The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped respoe, crashed or lost power unexpectedly"

Still, I don't know how to rectify that as my system has not lost power unexpectedly or crashed.

I formatted my dell laptop and it refuses to display the external monitor again . Please i need urgent help on this.
