You need to know that there are other yardsticks used for grading, besides your answers to the questions. However, it can only be God. Forget how you responded to the answers.

From the look of things, because candidates CV and credentials has already reached the panel minutes before being ushered in for the interview, the flow of the interview is determined by preconceptions from the submitted documents. Some candidates were well respected by the panel members just because of the way their previous endeavours were packaged.

Sometimes we expect too much from people we know and the only way they don't fall their hand is to collect your candidate number or CV, and then advise you to prepare, promising to do their part.

They end up doing nothing, and if you do eventually get a job by your efforts, you end up appreciating them for doing nothing, rather than appreciating your God and your efforts.

Bottom line, nor be all call get weight.

A colleague of mine was asked if he will be willing to relocate to any part of the country where they have their facilities. Did anyone else get asked such?

I was told someone could be posted to any subsidiary that you don't get to select subsidiary yourself.

No... But u need to have the originals of whatever you are bringing... The only thing that doesn't really matter is your WAEC or NECO certificate.. U can use a printout for those.. But u must come with the originals of your degree certificate or statement of result, and your original NYSC certificate

Pls I want know anyone interviewed yesterday GT, Engineering, within 11am to 12noon.

A mechanical lady went, followed by an electrical guy, then I followed, myself and the electrical guy discussed about materials and metallurgy before he went in.

5 man panel, panel chair was second from the right, a woman at d middle, then the last man counting from d right was in white shirt more of technical or Engineer (Eromosele or so).

Just want to know what panel was that.

Finally it's done and I can now focus on other things. I had my interview on Friday 5th July by panel 26 (mind you, what was on my invite was p37). I'm a computer science graduate and I applied for graduate trainee.
I was asked 5 questions from my discipline and I got 4 perfectly correct. I answered the question on safety which was on changing electric bulbs.
I was asked situational and behavioral questions one apiece. I was lucky enough for my panel to give me time to think out a good lie ...even when I gave a wrong answer, they still told me that it was not the perfect answer and asked me to try again. So I have to think about another lie which they accepted and nodded and wrote something down which I don't know what it was.

Why are people asking for there panel number I know the panel you're talking about, but I won't say it. At least until I know what you and others are doing or planning to do with this PANEL! PANEL!

I had five people on my panel
My interview room was opposite panel 20. Panel had the man that was very friendly, telling everyone to relax, that he was just gonna gist with them, he has a beard and wore glasses.
Same place with yours? I went in for the role of a monitoring and evaluation officer. Same role you interviewed for?
Someone said panel 23, I wanna be sure its the right one.

Yes. Like I said its panel 3. The head of the panel is a fair Hausa man wearing native attire.
