UsefulUsuf: The exam fit mad o. I was invited but I will not honour it. If you will, better go and read your calculus, C, C++ and all these discreet maths. |

Tommynaku: Thanks for your response. Where would the scratch card pin part come in? Can just the certified photocopies of WAEC result suffice? Apologies for my many questions. I thought i was gonna go for M.Sc and didnt pay much heed to the B.Sc conversations that went on earlier. |

sassy92: Sincere appreciation for your responses, Sassy92 and heybaby12. They are very valid I had M.Sc Biological Resources at Rhine-waal in mind, but their course structure doesnt interest me one bit, even though i have a Microbiological background. It will be a sheer torture sitting in class as it is completely divergent from my career aspirations. I am strongly considering going for the study semester instead of the B.Sc degree, when i eventually get visa based on the B.Sc degree. Then i can re-chart my course by winter. Will there be consequences for this action? PS: You should see the course structure for the study program! I just love it. |

Good day all...please I am applying for a BSC course at Rhine waal university of applied science and Brandenburg...I have assembled all required documents at uni- assist but my problem is with the CV. I got an information from fellow nairalanders to process my CV through “europass”. My question is do I send my CV with the europass header on the document or I have to re-type it out...Europass gives a perfect layout for writing CV’s so I want to know if I should just print and send like that ...thanks!! |

emmatology96:You can create a europass CV online. With the online editor in 15 mins. Just google „Europaas online editor“ 9 Likes 4 Shares |

Exactly!! I’ve created the CV via europass editor but when I saved the CV it came with a “europass” sticker. So I don’t know if it’s appropriate to send that way. |

iPOD007: You know how Nigerians reason, everyone would want to grab opportunity even when they are not prepared for it. The fault is with the embassy, they should’ve done the platform in such a way that you cannot book without admission and BA/SL on ground 2 Likes 1 Share |

Metronimos: It is possible, the bank will apply a USD/ Euro cross rate. You need to confirm the rate so you know the exact dollars. Also you can request that the transfer charges be deducted from your naira account. 2 Likes |

odimbannamdi:For uni-assist the scratch card is used to verify your certificate either WAEC or NECO. Infact certifying your WAEC/NECO may not be neccessay. If arent applying through uni-assist, i think just certifying the certificate according to the school regulation is ok https://www.uni-assist.de/en/tools/info-country-by-country/details-country/country/ng-1/ During your visa application, its one of the requirements on the checklist |

Hello everyone, I have a question. Is it mandatory to deposit atleast €8000+ before one can get to Germany? |
Re: General German Student Visa Enquiries Part 6 by Deustchemann(m): 6:35pm On Jul 07, 2019 |
odimbannamdi:How long is the study semester program? I doubt if you'll be given normal student visa for that purpose. Just in case that is not possible, i also intend tendering the admission letter for the degree program during my interview and be granted the usual student visa, but when i get into Germany i will go for the Study semester, while applying for better B.Sc degree options to begin in Winter.I think this is what you should do. Will this pose a problem to me later on? And what does the process look like? Also, If i am granted a B.Sc admission for next winter, will i have to return to Naija to process a student visa again? No. If you went on a student visa previously, you don't need to come back. My reasons for this Finally, I'd just say that you should map out your plan very well, especially now that a family is coming into view. Don't be in a rush. plan and replan. Have different plans: A,B,C,D. I actually like the fact that you have a clear vision of what course and school you want to study. As I said, just make sure it's well planned. As you keep gathering information, factor them into the plans to know which will work best. I wish you well bro |

oluwafemi88: You will be given a total sum of €8829 Euro to transfer for Fintiba Basic and not just €8642. €89 will be for initial account opening fee and the remaining €98 is buffer out of which €4.99 is deducted monthly for account maintenance fee starting from the month of your arrival in Germany. 1 Like 1 Share |
