One of the reasons I fear for our team.

If it gets to Penalties, Akpeyi would be too scared to even make a dive

The only penalty he will catch is the one shot straight to the middle because that's where he'll be ; rooted at the spot too scared to dive

But guy,y can't u c anything positive from dis our team grin grin

So they u don conjure aw akpeyi will mess up if we get to d penalty stage grin grin

Madagascar go reach final. It will take both experience and sublime skills to beat these guys. They are just too stubborn

Atop acting like you didn't see where I praised Ighalo, Chukwueze and etebo.

Before you pass judgement, try to get your facts right. Its the sensible thing to do

And Madagascar gets to the round if 8 against all odds

No sensible team would underrate them at this stage

He might be good but can he overcome the perennial fear that he is associated with?

Strangely enough, I will back Akpeyi for penalty shoot-outs.

Just pray you don't eat your words like you did with this game. Those guys are ready to die on the pitch. They don't play for big clubs so they have nothing to loose so they are not saving their precious legs for any coach in Europe

Isolated pics show nothing. Motion pics show what really happened and what led to why Awaziem had that chance. It shows initial to final positioning and that is what I watched and have rewatched. Chuks was the difference and even Rohr diplomatically admitted to it. Sorry you cannot do anything about that. wink

So keep posting your pic isolations. It will give you a goodnight sleep.

forgiveness:

Too you. grin

The pictures showed the positioning of all the players. Chukwueze didn't draw two players to create space for Awaziem. That's the truth captured in pictures.

Chukwueze impact was felt after we scored the two goals. That I admitted.

God will judge rohr if he tries that nonsense. .
it seems chuks have adjusted...his final balls are now better unlike the selfishness he exhibited in the first match and waste he made...

No team in the world will underate any team in the knock out stage of a competition, no matter their position on the FIFA ranking.

For real? Do you really belive he freed up Musa and Odion? How did he manage to do that? How many successful dribbles did he complete that caused Musa and Odion to be free? Odion tried to be in the box at all times, what does Chukwueze have to do with that?

My last question, how could Chukwueze have freed up Musa who was operating on the opposite flank?
How is that even possible judging by the geometry and size of a normal pitch?
Before Chukwueze's introduction the RB cut-off all balls from and to Musa with good marking.

But Chukwueze introduction disorganized them as they focused more on him.

You could recall that in 2018 WC the introduction of Aguero disorganized our defence as both Balo and Ekoong focused on him which freed Rojo for their second goal.

It is not hard to see why Senegal is not impressive

Their midfield three of Gueye, Kouyate and Ndiaye have no creative bone in them so Mane and the other attackers have to create and score themselves
