not true. I stay in a black surburb which rival any in SA with all the amenities you can think of. Problem is class not race. Poor people will obviously be in squalid conditions

Remember you are talking to dumb ass self hating Nigerian. They condemn anything black because their own image of themselves is extremely poor . I can bet my last cent he is one those idiots stuck in hillbrow or many city centres of the country , hence he doesn't know of white slums and black surburbs. Don't forget that Nigerians know nothing about zoning , he comes from a country where in the same neighbourhood, in one street you could find mansions and on the other it will look like a total war zone . In Nigeria there is no Township ( developing neighbourhoods), no semi suburbs etc. It's mostly all a giant slum with the exception of some highly priced neighbourhoods . So you are bothering yourself if you teach his kind the difference between class and race .
