Was working on my phone, but I've just downloaded and installed Grammarly. Will try registering another account on Qa World and give it another try.
thanks alot!

You'll need to Google a bit and read up on grammar, punctuations etc even while working, after a while you'll understand better and not require active manual.
I was embarrassed that anyone would actually have a problem grin with my punctuation skill, but I got better.

Hello everyone, I forgot my password and clicked on the link to reset it. This is the second day and no mail from them. It's a new account so should I abandon it and start afresh?

Hey guys, I just submitted my first job, and I got this "Your Transcript Is Being Reviewed

Because you are new to QaWorld, we are reviewing your work before you can start on the next transcript.

Once you get a passing score, you will be able to work on as many transcripts as you'd like without waiting for feedback."

Please guys, how long do I have to wait??

Thank you all for your tutors, It helped a whole lot.

Modified.
I was rated 2.0. Please guys, help me out. I dont want to do badly in my next call.
I have been asked to take another call.

Can someone please show me how you did yours. Its like my phone is just typing out the words as it is being said, is that how it is generally?
Do I have to edit anything before submission?
Please, help a brother.

What did the rating notes say, did you thoroughly read through the FAQ?
it goes beyond typing out what you hear, it has to make sense to the reader and be readable.
E.g
Rep: I was gonna, uhmmm, I was gonna tell ya about, about the new product we launched.
What they need: I was going to tell you about the new product we launched.

Punctuation: Hello, Philip. It's Emily calling from CLH Group. How're you doing today?
Cust: I'm fine, thank you. And how are you?

Longer calls will be more complex in terms of punctuation but for a start
A comma before and after a name in mid sentence. A comma before or after a name in salutation.
You're also allowed MINOR corrections for making clear transcripts.
Anyway, read through the FAQ and regularly Consult it while working at least till you acquaint yourself with it's detail

No. Not that. I just search when I'm confused about where to put a comma in a really lenghty conversation, like after but, so, ands. It's nothing too complex, just the basics to produce clean transcripts.
Also remember that you don't put commas according to their pauses in the conversation, that'd be a huge mistake. Type what you hear, read it and use good judgement to punctuate properly.

Hi again, make Una no vex abeg grin grin

I'm having issues understanding the PayPal card linking.

The notification for the email verification is yet to disappear. ( I have already done the email verification) and when I want to link the card, there is no option for Debit card, should I go ahead and link the card as credit card?
