How many labs did you visit? How competent or reputable were they?
Which sample was taken? Blood? sperm,? stool? What?

I am inclined to say you had no infection.

Your problem was psychological.

The lab attendant that said you had staff was incompetent, in my estimation.

Nothing you stated here coupled with the duration of exposure shows you had it. Except there are other symptoms.
