Nanimunsivic:
Thank you for your response. The issue is about adding a work experience that was not there in the prior application to a new one.

Were you refused based on this? I suggest you give reasons for the refusal so folks can help proffer solutions and you don’t repeat the same mistakes this time.

If you’re claiming points with this work experience, then go right ahead and include it in your work history. If not, just add it to your personal history.

Elders, for someone with two different NOCs in an establishment, can this be claimed?

I don't think that's sufficient, you need to show correspondence between you two like chats and call logs as well as pictures.

Thanks for your reply. I really do appreciate.
However, i thought one could use part time jobs of 15hrs/week up to 2 years as stated on the cic website to claim points?

Sincere apologies to the people I haven't replied their PMs.

The tutorial group is full. I got more than I wanted; and because I want to give my 100%, I don't think taking on more people will make any sense. The quality of instruction and feedback matters.

Plus, I still have my own academic research to deal with.

Again, no vex, people. I hope to do this again once I clear the stuff on my plate.

I am actually finding the compunet classes very helpful. The whatsapp classes are for weekdays which I can always read up later in the days as I am very busy during the day. I usually enjoy the webinars on Saturday.

Asa2019:

Hi, I’m new here so I hope I’m replying this message the right way. I’m about to pay for the BCS course and I wanted to know if you studied on your own or used compunet? If you used them how helpful were the WhatsApp classes and do you have a background in IT . I don’t have a background in IT and I don’t want to waste money so I want to be sure it’s doable and the compunet WhatsApp classes are helpful. Do you also have reading materials I can look through? Thank you.

Good morning everyone
I wish everyone speedy process
I just have a serious question to ask

Presently I am on 460 ( married, siblings point, masters ECA and ielts without my husband ECA and ielts). He wasn’t supposed to write ielts until the 470 draw saga started so he wrote July 6ths and results won’t be out till 19th...his ECA isn’t out yet too and the best time that I can get the remaining part of Pof is most likely September ending.
Every other document is ready except Pof , medical, PCC , spouse ECA and Ielts
Is it better to decline ITA if I even get ITA hopefully tomorrow so that we can wait till next ITA prolly when all his other documents are ready or Withdraw Application and start again when other documents are ready....

To the best of my knowledge, if you’re on 460 and cut off is 470, you can’t get picked. You’re currently waiting on hubby’s ECA and Test results so how do you know you might get ITA tomorrow? I mean without his test and ECA. Moreover, if you’re given ITA, you have 60 days I believe to submit all requested documents.

All the best tomorrow oo
Let’s pray for increase in number of ITA from 3350 to 3500 or 3900

If 3350 ITA are issued: 458 - 460
If 3500 ITA are issued: 457 - 459
If 3900 ITA are issued 456 - 458

Don't decline. You have 60 days to complete the application. Just upload everything else after ITA like that. For POF, just hang on till you're close to the end of the 60 day period.

Since you didn't claim points for his IELTS and ECA, it is not a problem. You can add these after ITA if you wish, in his personal history. 460 stands a good chance to get ITA tomorrow, barring any surprises from CIC.

If you don't get ITA tomorrow, go ahead to update your profile with whatever you can get over the next two weeks.

To all new members and those asking questions already answered. Use the SEARCH button on top. type the key words say " HND WES". Go to the section part select "travel". All posts relating to the key word will come up. Then start reading. Read, Read Read. You will surely find answer.

I hope it helps.

Congrats to you, its working out well.

I hope I get to tell my own integration story soon.. grin

wasseynewest:
Salute to every member in here that has been making the thread stand out as always.
Una boy "wasseynewest" apologise for his absence all along guys.

Like we all know, Canada na "Pay as you go grin" so man has really been trying to integrate. But rest assured, in my own little way with my indefatigable co-tutors, we continuing with our IELTS gospel and thank God that for every IELTS results released, we do have sizeable numbers of our TAKERS crossing the greatest hurdle & making the cut.

If anyone is still in doubt whether this journey is worth fighting for, I bet you it's gonna be a decision you will never ever regret if you hang on till the end. In fact, your offspring will be 4ever indebted to you.

In the few months(just 3) wey man don enter here, my brain has been formatted so tey whenever I do video call with my people back home and see some things like Pure Water & Bad Roads, I'm always like, oh! So I've passed through this before grin.
As funny as it sounds my people, that's the pure truth guys.
It was a matter of Writing IELTS 123456789&10 btw myself and wifey but finally, here we are starting afresh and enjoying our new lives in Canada.

Our boys are first to integrate, we know how kids can be na smiley while Wifey, a Chemistry grad. who was unable to get a #1 job in Naija is now gainfully employed. Me too smiley? Doing just fine with an establishment that pays way better (and less stressful) than what I used to earn back home.

So guys, no matter the challenge you facing right now, I tell you giving up on this dream should be your last option.

No Pain, No Gain...........#Bemotivatedguys

ILOVEUSALL grin

If you can open your heart to computer science, it's not a hard route to follow especially if you can understand and exceed the expectations of the syllabus. Just 3 courses. Most of the
exam questions are "answer 2 out of 4". About 4 or 5 questions in total. Definitely easier than learning French
please how can i get contact on how to get materials so that i can do the exam by september? Also can you help me with the number of anyone from compunet limited since they are into the program. Thanks so much i really need your help so that i will start preparing for the exam
