There is no need to be militaristic about it. The idea of AFCTA can be traced back to the formation of OAU. that is way back 56 years ago. what happen in the 80s were reengineering and reassuring of the old laws the foundation of africa unity wanted. nothing new.


buhari directed the deal must be fair and must be of interest to Africa as a state. which will inturn benefit the citizens. I wonder what is extraordinary in that speech.
