Osyabj:The Army provided the letter of recommendation with which Buhari was admitted into RMFTC (No NDA then) . He underwent only 6 months preparatory military training before going abroad for officer's training for 2 years, after which he was commissioned as officer. When did he write his WASC examination? https://www.nairaland.com/4824097/waec-2015-claim-pmbs-wasc 1 Like 2 Shares |

garfield1: EXCLUSIVE: BUHARI HISTORICAL CERTIFICATE SAGA BY: LT. Col. Idris Bako (Rtd) (NA Regular Course II Set) I want to re-state categorically that Buhari has NO VERIFIABLE CERTIFICATE anywhere in the world. 1. WAEC/CAMBRIDGE GCE: - Buhari did not sit for the Cambridge examination in 1961 as his names (Muhammadu, Mohammed or Mohamed Buhari) is not in the UK Examination body's List of candidates names from 1960-1962 2. His name(s) is also NOT on WAEC candidates names in both Ghana and Nigeria Offices from 1960-1962. Any attempt by Buhari or his agents to present any document to INEC representing WACE or GCE certificate may constitute an Offence.(FORGERY, PERJURY PENDING) 3. CERTIFICATE/ARMY RECRUITMENT: - Buhari presented no certificate to the Nigerian Army in 1961 when Late Ahmadu Bello conscripted him from his School (Still In session) to join the Army, as he has none. The only paperwork came from his school principal, stating that, 4. , "I consider that he (Buhari) will pass west African school certificate, with credit in English, Maths and three other subjects". This letter is self-explanatory. You cannot pass an examination you never sat for. 5. NIGERIA DEFENCE ACADEMY (NDA): - Buhari did not attend the NDA as claimed. He attended Royal Military Forces Training College (RMFTC) for months (End of 1961 to the beginning of 1962) for normal Army recruitment and physical fitness training 6. This is not a certification programme. RMFTC was renamed NDA (established on the 5th of February 1964), and regular courses were introduced thereon. 7. UK MILITARY TRAINING: Buhari attended the Aldershot based, Mons Officer Cadet School. No Certificate was issued to Buhari, as he passed no examination for the short period he was in the UK in 1963. Cadet School information collaborates this. 8. DEFENCE SERVICE STAFF COLLEGE, WILLINGTON, INDIA: - As usual, Buhari attended the staff college and did not sit for their examinations. The Defence Services Staff College, Willington does not issue a certificate of attendance to its attendee in 1974. 9. US WAR COLLEGE: - Buhari left this College in 1980. He has in his Wikipedia page that he was offered a Master Degree in the same college in 1980. 10. THE US War college have confirmed that they started their Master program in the year 2000 and there is no way Buhari would have gotten a Masters degree in that college in 1980. Again, no certificate was issued to him. Veritable facts 11. Buhari has just received an attestation certificate today, after donkey years! They gleefully took a picture, claiming the officials took the attestation certificate to him. Sorry Nigerians! You have just been deceived and SCAMMED AGAIN. 12. Conclusion: No doubt according to Edrees Abdukareem, “Buhari is the most successful fraudster” in the History Of Nigeria. 2 Likes 2 Shares |

Re: Buhari’s Ability To Speak English Dominate Tribunal’s Proceedings by Nobody: 9:12pm On Jul 09, 2019 |
garfield1:The crux of the case is dat buhari did not present a waec certificate to inec. Buhari's team are trying to prove that waec certificate or not, buhari satisfies other requirements in lieu of waec certificate which is ability to communicate efficiently in English. So, you can see the witnesses tactically denied ever seeing buhari communicate in English. Note also that from the constitution, in the absence of a certificate, the inec chairman or a rep is supposed to interview the candidate and be satisfied he is educated enough to occupy the office |

Re: Buhari’s Ability To Speak English Dominate Tribunal’s Proceedings by garfield1: 9:18pm On Jul 09, 2019 |
Buckubuck:Actually, they don't need to prove anything.the burden of proof is on the petitioner to do that.anyone contesting anything can present anything to inec once they are satisfied,it is up to the courts to disqualify.mind you, inec has severally stated that they are satisfied with buhari:s qualification. Apc lawyers simply used those questions to distract atiku witnesses from presenting tangible proofs |

jamace:Were you there? I thought we are discussing based on what is in this particular post or what this news is reporting? If this is the only thing that transpired in court, then it is as if atiku didnt even call any witnesses |
Re: Buhari’s Ability To Speak English Dominate Tribunal’s Proceedings by Nobody: 9:48pm On Jul 09, 2019 |
garfield1:You don't seem to get the logic. 1. The documents submitted to inec are in public space. There's no waec certificate there. 2. @the bolded is wrong. The constitution clearly states the certificates you can present for a position. What the constitution say is left to inec's prerogative is in a situation where the candidate has no certificate to present, then inec can interview the candidate to ascertain that he's educated enough to occupy the office if he wins. 3. Atiku's team don't need to prove anything in this matter since it's public knowledge that the docs submitted to inec do not contain a waec certificate. It is left for the courts to determine if his years of public service prior to becoming president suffice else inec has to show reasons why they allowed him contest without a certificate |

Buckubuck:Atiku's team must still prove that the affidavit buhari swore that he lost his certificate cannot replace his certificate or that buhari never had any certificate to start with. Secondly,Atiku team must prove that inec never interviewed buhari to see if he can speak English or not and must also themselves prove to the court that buhari cannot speak English.they failed to do this going by the post.worst case scenario, buhari can be made to appear before the panel to determine whether he can speak English or not,we know how this will end. Finally, atiku's team must prove that the number of years of public service of buhari is not enough and me and you know how this will end. Finally, this case of buhari not being qualified and atiku being a camerounian are both pre election matters which will be dismissed.the tribunal will only focus on what happen during the polls and so far atiku is losing |

Re: Buhari’s Ability To Speak English Dominate Tribunal’s Proceedings by Nobody: 11:04pm On Jul 09, 2019 |
garfield1:All dis ur proofing eehn, you don turn court case to academic matter. You seem ignorant of the fact that Nigeria's operates a written constitution with clear procedures written in black and white. Why will atiku's team need to prove that an affidavit can't replace a certificate when the constitution never asked for affidavit. I expect you to be knowledgeable abt dis. PDP wanted to contest buhari's qualification in court in 2015. They were restrained by Jonathan. Other parties are still contesting that particular issue in court till now. 2. You seem to think if inec were to intend to interview a candidate, it will be a secret affair. FYI, INEC is a public institution who's activities must be open to accountability and public probity. Therefore, the burden is on inec to prove that it indeed followed the law if it claimed to interview a candidate. Except you don't know what being a public institution means. 1 Like |

garfield1:Ever heard of you can't build something on nothing? It's a legal principle. The issue of his qualification is a decision for inec to take which makes it justiciable by election tribunal |
