Long on to your email you will see a link in the payment successful from UK click on it and it will redirect you to TLS website

a. Spousal or Family visa is different from dependant visa. For spousal visa, you need to send to Sheffield and write test with the aim to settle permanently. But for dependant visa, you dont need any test since u just want to be with your husband temporarily as he is not a permanent resident. Just upload all the documents and evidence during your visa application. You dont need to send to Sheffield.

b. Just follow the procedure stated.

c. You can screen grab or send as email message your calls, chats, logs on Facebook, phone text, instagram, whatsapp or any platform you use to communicate with your spouse. You can also use hotel bookings with your wife, picnics, flight journey bookings with your wife and any proof of sending money to your spouse as evidence of communication

d. Do affidavit

Please i'm having some issues which i will like help on.

I applied for 5 year Visit visa for myself, Wife and 3 kids.
We went for Biometerics on the 17th of June.

On the 5th of July i received email that a decision has been made.

However only 4 passports with 5 year visa was returned. The passport for my last Child who is less than 2 years is yet to be returned.
I have tried logging into TLS website but it keeps giving me an error message. I'm begging to feel there's a mixup.

1. Should i be worried? Is this normal? I wanted to give it 2 extra days before i contact UKBA or TLS (don't know which to contact)

2. While filing the form, my Wife made a mistake on her form after paying so we had to fill another form, now that her visa is out what is the procedure for refund on an application ( the old application with mistake )

1. That is normal, if you did not hear from them after a week then contact them.

2. Check TLS website for a process of requesting for a refund

Please kindly advice me , I want to invite both Dad and Mum(Both Retired Teachers, Pensioners) over for my wedding, is it okay for me to apply for tourist visa so they can attend the wedding or just send an invitation for wedding? My Aunt. who is a British Citizen is suggesting of sending my Mum and Dad an Invitation by herself for holiday just for them to come in during that wedding period. I think you should be able to invite them yourself, especially, since you re inviting them for your wedding. Only that, they need to provide their pension account, their savings account and any investments they have in Nigeria. You will also attach your statement of account here, BRP, account in Nigeria if you have, showing that you send money to them often. Then, your birth certificate which will show they are your parents and most importantly, make sure there is enough funds in the account you want to present. If any of these cannot be met, then, maybe your aunt will be in the best position to invite them.
That’s the only advice I can give. Others can contribute also

If you’ve been refused visa twice, I don’t think you are eligible for super priority service. I might be wrong though

Appears they've started gradual withdrawal from the EU. The former VISA stamp was the same design as the Schenge Visa stamp. This one is totally different.

Have the circumstances of your previous refusals change ?
No one can give you assurance except the ECO, but positive change to your previous circumstances and enough reasonable supporting documents will raise your chances of positive response..

Yes they did. That was sent in May 30th. Afterwards, I called them on June 12th, still didn't get response and also emailed them June 27th, still nothing.

No it isn't. In fact, you are advised not to provide flight reservation details.

Pls print out the paper one. Someone close to me used it n eco claim there was no evidence of statement, she printee out the paper copy n reapplied. She was granted visa. U can submit both, no harm in it.

I am confused, why do you need an 'app'? You can upload it yourself, it isn't rocket science.
No need to upload your application form or the checklist form, just your supporting documents. You will take the checklist with you to your biometrics appointment.
Please log into your application page and read all the information provided. Everything you need to do is written there.

Thanks for the reply sir, it is not that i cant upload these documents but from information i go from TLS site it says *If you have paper documents and don't have access to a flatbed scanner, download our TLScontact mobile app* but i cant find this app on play store or do i say i dont know it name, ones i see asked for payment/upgrade, or is there another i can do this cos i av lot of document and it will cost me more than what for the collection centre asked for. Thanks.
