Shadypoza01:baba read to understand. Don't just read to reply. I stated clearly that there are immigration consultants certified by the Canadian government to help people with immigration. The guy with the issue of bank statement goofed big time. Blame is on him and whatever agent he used. If anyone feels they need professional help, go on the RCIC and search for one. |

This is just to let people know that if anyone calls he or herself an AGENT, that they are fake and would most likely get you into trouble. It is even against Canadian Federal laws. IT IS ADVISED YOU DO YOUR APPLICATION YOURSELF OR GET A REGISTERED IMMIGRATION CONSULTANT. GOD BLESS EVERYONE.

Okay so I will put this out there on the issue of fake bank statements. (1) Try as much as possible to avoid agents. How can you pay an agent to process your application for post graduate studies in a country where the education is so demanding (if not the most demanding in the world). How then will you survive in Canada with school and work? I know there are some approved agents but I say this without fear, if you read through 20 pages on part 15, you will know everything you need about Canada TRV. Please put in the work. (2) Someone in school yesterday told me that there are people who now have the skills in altering figures/transactions in SOA's. They increase the number of transactions carried out in SOA and it will still bear the applicant's name. Infact, this is the major reason why CIC has been doing extra checks on SOA's. Applicant's avoid these temptations. A word is enough for the wise. 9 Likes 1 Share |

my dear, this person is just selling his market, agents have been applying for people and I haven't seen anyone arrested for doing legit application, we r all adults, stay on alert and wisen up while dealing with one, that's the advice I would give anyone, condemning the whole agent in Nigeria for some people negligence is what I would call sentiments, peace. eightyeight: |

oniwoski: Excuse me ma’am There are two ways about it 1. Your elder brother stands as a cosponsor and he provides the following documents. A. Sponsorship letter B. Affidavit of support C. Bank statement D. His payslips E. Employment letter F. Proof he has sponsored you before [ if you can provide it] p.s this proof will go a long way. This way will be easier will stop you from telling story in your SOP why u have lump sum in your account.. 2. Yes he can transfer the money to your account. But then he still has to provide the documentation and show in his account where he transferred you the money.. So pick one ma’am. My 2kobo ma. I’m not a guru tho, I’ve just spent so much time here observing and learning from gurus here that give people options on what to do and not just impose. 5 Likes 2 Shares |

Hello Justwise thank you for what you do. I know it's not easy to maintain sanity in a forum like this. I think it's high time you reminded some ppl that it's better not to respond to questions than to give misleading advice. 6 Likes |

Anamekele:Sorry for the delay. What was the reason for your denial? If you feel CIC made a mistake you can seek judicial review and you will need to get a lawyer in Canada to help you with that, some people have been lucky to win the case while others not so lucky. Before you make that move make sure your app is solid so your lawyer can have a good case to fight |

degxyflexy:Have you thought about EXPRESS ENTRY? with your years of experience you should have a better chance getting it (though it also depends on your age as well, cos the older you get the harder for you). That said, try and order for your gcms note so as to know the exact reason(s) why you were denied |
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 16 by mcobex: 8:19am On Jul 12, 2019 |
degxyflexy:Please before you make any move, order for your gcms note (it is very important, though not compulsory). Once you get it come back let's put heads together to help tackle the reasons |

oniwoski: It is not necessary dear. However documents he is to provide are: Letter of Sponsor and it should also state number of his dependents if any. Affidavit of Support. His Bank Statement. His Birth Certificate to affirm you have same parents. His pay stubs Evidence of his legal stay in the UK. However he can also make some commitment by paying in some funds to your account. please whoever says nothing like Co-sponsor, kindly ignore him or her. Should you have any more question, please feel free to ask. Take care 3 Likes 2 Shares |
