What was the last concrete thing they said? You will need to call them to find out if a decision has been made or not. Sorry about the cost. Call again.
Ebylicious:

Yes they did. That was sent in May 30th. Afterwards, I called them on June 12th, still didn't get response and also emailed them June 27th, still nothing.

Good day all, please I'm new here and I need a little advice. I did my biometric 19th June at Ikeja, the graduation am attending is for 17th July. I only received application received by VAC message since the same 19th of June, it's 15 business days yesterday, please do you suggest I have a little patience or make a call through to UKVI.

Thank you so much house.

Thanks
nomad26:
No it isn't. In fact, you are advised not to provide flight reservation details.

When I called them initially, they said decision hasn't been made. I mailed them June 25th, they replied on d 27th that my issue has been escalated to the relevant department that i will be contacted within 15 working days from the date of escalation. So, I want to be patient till next week Wednesday which will be the 15th day. Afterwards I will decide to either call again or visit TLS office @ VI.

Try using this camscanner app https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.intsig.camscanner. If it doesn't work well, then you can also scan your documents at a business centre, should cost you less than what tls will charge you for assisted service.
djbaju:
Thanks for the reply sir, it is not that i cant upload these documents but from information i go from TLS site it says *If you have paper documents and don't have access to a flatbed scanner, download our TLScontact mobile app* but i cant find this app on play store or do i say i dont know it name, ones i see asked for payment/upgrade, or is there another i can do this cos i av lot of document and it will cost me more than what for the collection centre asked for. Thanks.

Hello Gurus in the house, I have made payment for my application. I applied via UKVisa platform not AccessUK.
Now, I am finding it difficult to upload my documents. I want to do self upload. What can I do please?
Do I need to cancel my application and reapply through AccessUK because I want to upload a lot of documents and I doubt if TLS will want to upload everything for me as they may see some of the documents as unnecessary.
Urgent advice is needed please.

You write out the necessary information there and end with a direction to see more explanation in your cover letter.

you have to have more patience.. recently even those that said they paid for priority visa didn’t get theirs in stipulated time...

I logged in from my visa application site, https://www.gov.uk/browse/visas-immigration. I follow prompt clicked where it say i should submit my bio metric it is just under where you printed your check list form, it will then direct you to TLS site where you will upload and send.

Sorry about the delay. Please how can I call to find out about an application? Priority service was paid for and it's been 16 working days without a decision. How can one cancel and request one's passport back as it's needed for an important trip next week?

Good evening. Has anyone tried picking up their passport at TLS after paying for the courier service? Is there a way to cancel the courier service before they pick up the passport?

Hello, have you gotten any update yet from TLS on your application? I am yet to get too

Janedoe26:

I have the same issue. I applied for 5days priority service on the 4th, biometrics on the 24th and a Graduation to attend on the 15th. I haven’t heard anything. I called UKVI and was told a decision had been made. I am at a loss as to what steps to take. What is the point of paying priority when it takes forever. Do you know anything I can do?
Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 4 by omoniyi289: 9:31pm On Jul 11, 2019
Hello everyone, I am yet to be contacted by TLS since Tuesday, is there any possibility that the passport
is already with them while the portal isn't updated?

I am considering going in physically to their Ikeja office tomorrow. Anyone please advice.

omoniyi289:
UPDATE:

I got an email from the UK Visa Office today:

UK Visa Application - Application Concluded

Dear **************,

Your UK visa application has been dispatched from the UK Visa Section.

You will receive an email shortly from TLS about collecting your decision. Please ensure you check your e-mail account and do not attend the VAC until you are advised to.

I am hoping for a positive response. Anyone has an idea of how long before TLS Ikeja will receive the passport and possible delivery time? I payed for sms and delivery.
Thanks.

Good morning, I booked an appointment with TLS Abuja for someone but was told to pay at the centre. The bill was in pounds, will they accept naira? Will they accept cash as the person does not have a card.
If cash, what exchange rate will they use?
Thank you.

You will pay with your bank card at the centre, not sure if they accept cash.

Hello House,

I applied for six months visa last month and went for collection just yesterday.

Why do I feel the eco wasn’t fair in making a decision concerning my application?

I don’t think my documents were thoroughly checked.

See the reasons for refusal below:-
The credits and balances in your account are not consistent with your declared monthly income and I am not satisfied about the origins of the funds within your bank account.
On the evidence before me I am not satisfied that this statement is a true reflection of your financial circumstances or that your circumstances are as stated.

[/b]

Please what should I do, when can I apply again?

Sorry about that. What's your monthly salary and expenses? What was your opening balance and closing balance?
