Her interviewer later found her tru age on her CV and still offered her the employment saying she was SMART and dey need such persons to work wit...

Ur frnd cnt be turned down...if ur graduated before 2015 then he/she can be turned down.....as for me i graduated in 2015 with 2.1 economics i was turned down but my common sense told me to re-apply and CHANGED my graduation year to 2016 (all die na die)..i was accepted and i have written my test and awaiting ODVI.

SO my kindy advice is tell ur friend to reapply and use 2016 as graduation year and effect d change in the CV.....

To me dis is SMARTNESS......Work hard to get for this country.

U are only kidding urself man...even if you scale through to the final round and gotvthe offer,they will eventually find out. After all they are likely still going to do a thorough check of the successful candidates profile...so, I guess u can't lie with such and get away with it

I chose not to talk but this got me. Let me inform you, I sat for Shell, DPR & NLNG last recruitment they held. All is about Grace and Favour. Did you know that NLNG absorbed some applicants who didn't meet the requirements but did excellently well in the process; not to mention other Oil & Gas companies.
Well, last Shell's recruitment comprised of 3 stages with three steps. It was tougher then cos only few (1 in tens) were selected. I guess, they changed their process this time.
Then, online assessment & odvi was allowed max. 10 days. Now, only online assessment max. 5 days.
5 steps involved, the interview is the 3rd step. Thanks!

After my regret mail, I attempted using a different email to register; but my other info had to be the same.
They didn't even waste their mail; when I logged back in, this fresh application had already been "regretted" also.

I didn’t actually inquire of others. I was the only one I knew that did it then.

It was different but same for a particular role/position. Five questions asked visually by the recent Graduate Trainee across the globe for the odvi.

I wrote this test 2017, did recorded interview and wasn't called for the next stage, then it was all about your speed in calculations and your smart nature of recording yourself responding to technical interview questions using the STAR principle with good examples in 3-5mins... Now I can't apply again cuz I graduated 2015... All the same, if u scale through the recorded interview, and the face to face interview, then structural interview before medicals and you sealing the job... All the best to all of you...

I also did the ODVI in 2017 and didn't scale through. I was actually serving then and I was without NYSC certificate. I can barely remember the questions asked but they are all situational question. Like you have rightly said, finding a solid lie is the key. I pray to ace it this time.

for2017 everyone was progressed to ODVI, it was 2018 they changed the format. In 2017 it was rest + ODVI then await outcome
