The problem happened again today. So I checked my event log, under kernel power and here was the cause of the error it stated.

"The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped respoe, crashed or lost power unexpectedly"

Still, I don't know how to rectify that as my system has not lost power unexpectedly or crashed.

This will need a lot of troubleshooting, first of all reload your operating system and see if there will be any changes.

The best option is to take it back to the engineer and explain how it is working.
I believe he will take time to troubleshoot it.

Incase the issue hasn't been resolved, follow the steps below
1. Download Mstoolkit here

2. Put off your Antivirus because it flags all hacking tools as virus( it's called false Negative).
3. Double click the mstoolkit.exe to open
4. Click on Windows icon(by the down left of the software)
5. On the new page click on Activation
6. On the new page click Ezactivator.
7. It activates your windows within 2mins or less( it writes successfully activated when done)
8. Close the mstoolkit.
Restart your PC and go to properties to see if your windows is activated.

hello sir I was given a Samsung laptop the person who gave me said he left the system for a long period without removing the battery. so when he started using back the battery shows 100% fully charged but when plugged out it will turn off.so I thought getting a new battery is the solution. I went for a new battery but the battery showed plugged in charging but percentage us not increasing.. like 2 different batteries were tested same thing also another charger same thing(15 min). so I want to ask is it because it is a new battery that why it refused to increase or the problem is from the board

It might be, there are so many things around the charging ic that make your laptop not to charge.

I have explained it a lot of times here, I'll advise you to take it to a laptop technician.

It depends on the model of your laptop, on some laptop you will have to take out the whole motherboard while on some you just have to loose a cover at the back of your laptop but I'll advise you to take it to a laptop technician.

Troubleshooting a lot is easy, if you don't have the experience and not calm you can kill the motherboard.

I have seen some of technicians killing the motherboard just because they want to change keyboard, screen etc.
This happens due to little mistake or things they don't put into consideration which I won't post here.


So I'll advise you to see a laptop technician especially when it comes to dealing with the motherboard if you don't have the experience.

Hello guys I took my laptop to a shop to upgrade it from Windows 8 to 10, during the upgrade we noticed the mouse pad wasn't working again, later when we were done, it'll work then later it won't work. Now it's not working at all. How can I make my mouse to work again.

Also the guy drove the system buy said I'll need to drive the graphics myself, how do I do that. All the icons are big . The display looks funny

Also the laptop was way faster on window 8 now it's Kinda slow

You need to re-install the OS

I already told you before, you neee to do a clean installation.


The first guy didn't do it well and also install unnecessary drivers that's why your mouse is not working.

You're not getting me, the guy that helped you to upgrade it might have installed unnecessary drivers before telling you to go and install the graphic driver on your own, probably he didn't have that one.

I recently upgraded to windows 10 but in having issues charging my phone with my laptop when it's in sleep mode . It practically goes off.
I've tried the bios instruction and unticked allow computer to turn off rmis device in the device manager panel

Still, the problem persists.
