fx45: you can count the number of of matches won with that Jersey. You play football too and you know how tense it could be especially when every player just wear anything and can't differentiate your members from the opposite members talkless of a black person wearing a black cloth and playing football. My take still remains that we should wear a very bright unifom socks if we still wanna keep that uniform. |

nototribalist:The pattern of football Nigeria play is his problem. No strategy on how to involve the striker, they just do the passing in their half and except to hit on counter. Ighalo does his best to hold onto defenders since he doesn't see the ball most times in the game. Besides every other striker except osimen was tested in this tournament and ighalo pass dem |

Arsenalholic: Ehn.. Go and hire Guardiola or klopp na. Which current Nigerian coach is better than Rorh? Because you don't see the man jumping up and down the touchline, he's not good enough. |

Nigerians will always blame something... Now, they are blaming the "JERSEY." Listen, even with our Home jersey, Algeria will still beat Nigeria blue and black... We don't have a tactical coach, his previous matches were all gambled.. No tactics, No outstanding substitution, formation is zero.. He threw dice with our matches, and he was lucky to have gotten to the Semi, but luck couldn't protect him while playing with North-Africans.. Over there, they play good football.. |

oluwaahmed:Senegal doesn't play defensive football. Even when Algeria beat them in that group game, Senegal had majority of the chances and were even denied a stonewall penalty for a foul on Mane. I remember watching that game. |
Re: AFCON: Nigerians React After Algeria Defeated Super Eagles by Deepfeel(m): 8:21am On Jul 15, 2019 |
otokx:Superstition has to do with what we belief in, the first jersey automatically became our good luck jersey cause it was praised since 2014 world Cup and was the best jersey in that world Cup tournament, our players wear that jersey with pride and confidence they do better when they wear that jersey, all the needed in that yesterday match was confidence to give their all but they were playing with panic |

how do you expect apeyi to catch that ball when the wall is blocking his view |
Re: AFCON: Nigerians React After Algeria Defeated Super Eagles by Nobody: 8:32am On Jul 15, 2019 |
Lastorator: Spot on!! Be like say you sit for front seat for viewing centre. Your N50 no waste. Na dat stupid coach kill the match. First, he had answer to the Algerians locking down the wings. Then again, he had no answer to the Algerians putting our defenders under pressure. Finally, his mumu mind told him to remove chukueze, the only attacker out of the four who was giving Algerians snippets of problem and brought in an immobile neophyte. The same shite he did in qf when he removed musa who was getting joy against SA's num 5 and brought in an immobile Simon. I suspect ighalo is giving him roger as the guy was totally useless on the field and still lasted 90mins 1 Like |

We should learn from this it’s less about the color of the jersey and more about how we can’t serve two masters. Both the super eagles and the super falcons met their defeats when they focused more on the reward that the crown of success. Every team at that competition focused more on preparation and tactics like stable passes. I suggest for the next competition super eagles technical team goes nationwide and into the real soul of Nigeria to find our rising stars like we did in 94 We can’t just run with the ball there has to be build up play and execution of opportunities to win 1 Like |
