Election was rigged is all dey could say... yet pdp won 5 out 5 state in the east, won oyo state, same inec + judiciary owned by apc disqualified there candidates in zamfara & rivers respectively.
its time pdp aggrevied sympathisers stop telling us election was rigged, tell us how the server bullshit holds no water, constitutionally, spiritually or from any point of logical reason. All document produce by atiku so far are mere attestation that total accreditation from PU were transmitted which all know already.
The lawyers are just out there to collect there share of national cake, no court can enforce something not enacted in the electoral act on inec. let the madness continue its been fun

The most unwise people on the face of the earth are Atiku, PDP, his supporters and his lawyer. We were here when Supreme Court ruled that non-usage of card reader does not render any election invalid in the 2015 general election in the judgement between PDP, Wike vs APC since the card reader was alien to the constitution and electoral act because it was mere instruction from the INEC boss then.
The question these people have refused to ask themselves is transmitting result to server electronically statute bound? If yes, they have a case but if no, they are chasing shadows and their case mere academic. Using it without law backing it render the election null and void, makes the election conducted using electronic transfer as unlawful and void.

So far, the petitioner is doing great concerning the server. You dont need 120k witnesses to establish the server basis. All the other witnesses are just corroborative. Should the tribunal order the inspection of the server,then the Atiku petition has gained turbo steam.
