tylann:My point is Mombasa development is only concreted at the "Very" tiny old Mombasa town, and that the city barely has any good highways infrastructures in place, Abuja development is not all about the central areas,E.I CBD, its developments spreads across all areas, areas like wuse,wuse2,Asokoro,Jabi,Utako,Gwarimpa,Maitama,Kubwa,life camp,Garki e.t.c has equal development as what u find at the central areas. |

rvp20182:You wanna compare tiny Mombasa county with the mighty Abuja, do you even know that Mombasa only has it developments around the old Mombasa town and all other areas are nothing to write home about, How do you even compare a developed place, the only planned city in Africa with a place that barely has any planned area, Highways, Bridges, Rail and Brt systems ? Just going over some old posts and the biggest takeaway is this:having grown from a 65bn$ GDP in 2016 to a 100bn$ now is impossible to understand for some as they simply can't comprehend development is a process not a one time event. As nouns the difference between process and event is that process is a series of events to produce a result, especially as contrasted to product while event is an occurrence; something that happens.https://wikidiff.com/event/process Not a one time spectacular miracle resulting from prayers to a Euro skygod or witchcraft but a long awaited planned for achievement arrived at after years of deliberation,toil,frustration and occasionally even failure. There's little,if any frame of reference in the Naij sociocultural space to allow them understand the idea. |
