Good morning
Have a happy day ahead

Aphogee protein treatment and balancing moisturiser complex. This is expensive but it is applied after long periods so it lasts really long. You can do protein treatment between once in 6 weeks and once in 8 weeks
It helps hair to grow well, and prevents breakage
It smells a bit bad and feels really sticky, but it washes off and smell doesn’t last

But for more routine products
(2 weekly to monthly)
Products should not have these- sodium lauryl sulphate, paraben, petrolatum, mineral oil
You need a shampoo (used every 2-4weeks), deep conditioner (2-4weeks, after applying wear plastic hair cap for at least two hours, you can also carry it in your hair overnight or stay under hot dryer for 15 minutes), leave-in conditioner (like, eveiry 2-4 days, or even everyday). Apply conditioner to hair
Castor oil (twice a week, apply to roots) and apple cider vinegar (use after shampooing, just before the deep conditioner), Shea butter, to roots

So it’s shampooing, apple cider, deep conditioning,then leave in conditioning, castor oil (best to grow hair) or coconut/olive/palmkernel/almond oil, the ones you can get (a mix of many is great), then shea butter last
Every 2 weeks to 1 month

In between use leave in conditioner, and the oils and Shea butter

These are the essential products, you can buy small small
Other products are there too, glossing, polishing, custards etc but they can be fashied, honestly

ACV is Bragg (more expensive but it is organic and also multi purpose, and can be used as an edible and inedible home remedy also) but there is Heinz too, much cheaper and still good for all those too

There are other ranges too, so buy the one you can afford

They either get evicted early or disqualified
Last year was a BB Miracle, literally, cos all my favourite people stayed till the last day and my chosen one won

This season, my fav has already been evicted
But I like Jeff IKe Mike...then Omashola and Sir Dee and Tuoyo small. Maybe Frodd, Jackye and Diane too.

I can’t replace Ella, for me? She is my chosen this season
So I pretty much won’t vote a lot except if for some reason I get passionate about any one of them
But none can replace Ella shaa
