Me, taking preemptive measure by writing to NNPC that I don’t need any tfare; in my family, we don’t use to accept any money that we did not work for. Thank you.

Mythical circumstances surrounding this employment!
1. We need legit sauce on Number of Applicants to be employed
2. We need legit sauce on when APL will be out
3. We need legit sauce on whether the ALERT PEOPLE are still in the game.....
4. We need legit sauce on whether the local men with no alert are the errrmmm....
5. We need legit sauce on the 1% theory

I'm so happy passing through this recruitment process specifically because of the comic relief in this group...

I will fondly remember this period not just because its the one that got me into NNPC, but because of the interactions here..you guys are awesome..

A ketchup sauce just said that those that received alert have their papers processed already. Their apl shall likely be sent first.
For those who haven't received alert pls do not lose all hope, they're still processing more applications.

B4 this interview, I was having a discussion with my uncle and he mentioned dt tpfare is usually sent to applicants who weren't successful. He told me this about a week before the interview. Anyway, he is not a staff of nnpc o so he might be wrong.

If not, How else do we explain their fast recruitment exercise. According to my source in Kaduna refinery, over 1000 vacancies are needed there, and according to my source at NNPC Towers over 3000 vacancies in surplus is needed generally, but what I ponders me and I don't seem to understand is, why do people always state with fact that NNPC will be recruiting 1000/1200 new workers.

This doesn't add up to the vacant positions or else if they plan to do the recruitment yearly for the next 2/5 years.

Therefore, to cut the long story short, you all that came for the interview should be optimistic, weather you receive the T.F alert or not, be hopeful. Something must give In. NNPC has a lot of subsidiaries and all of them need plenty replacement in thousands.

I have personally confirmed the number of people to be taken at 1200 (800 GT and 400 EH), (top HR exec in NNPC told me).
The recruitment is fast because the project was initiated with the end date clearly stated. However, the process is kept hush hush so most people in the towers won't tell you much as they don't know.
Again, for the umpteenth time, Tf and APL has no correlation everyone will get paid eventually.
For the people talking about negotiations and how salary has increased... that's not totally true... d money from the negotiations will be a one-off payment to the employees and will be effected in January.

PS: Plz don't ask me about source / sauce. My own is to inform people on what's up. You still have the choice to believe what you may.
