You are a blatant liar. I was following this story from the very beginning. Although the US government believe El Chapo is worth 13Billion dollars but they don't know where his money or properties are kept. They only know if just one house he has and that is where he was arrest back in July 2018.
Just today after his sentencing, the court ordered the forfeiture of all his properties to the US and Mexican government but the DEA said how can they seize properties they don't have any idea where they are located.

A life sentence usually lasts for 25-30 years after which you can be released on parole. El Chapo will be jailed for 55yrs at least.
