FYI, standing committees are yet to be constituted by the Femi Gbajabiamila-led FHOR, so stop seeking for relevance where it's slippery to get.

In contrary, mine came in on May 28 (Tuesday) and June 26 (Wednesday) respectively.

Let's propose another theory,

Have you noticed that NNPC mails normally come in on Wednesdays, don't know about you but mine came on May 22(Wednesday) for CBT and June 26(Wednesday) for Oral Interview.

It took at least a space of one month after the CBT exams before successfully candidates where contacted.

From the above observations we can expect the APL letters to arrive probably on a Wednesday in August a month after the last batch of interviews where conducted.

Most likely date: 7th August 2019.

Again!!!
Its just a theory or an observation, it can still be wrong.

So let us all relax about this TF issue and look forward to Wednesdays.

I just got reliably informed that my LGA alone-being host community, got 4 slots and their APL is ready awaiting dispatch once the process is concluded.
What that means is the remaining slots for the state will be for other LGAs.

By this time next week - all things being equal, everything would have been sealed.

My informant chose to remain anonymous on the 4 from my LGA: all he did was to mention the communities each of the 4 came from.

God help us all!

What everyone here should know is that, the power conferred on the interviewers are to either recommend or not immediately you done with interview . The power to make final decision on those recommended then conferred on the management. Therefore, you are recommended do not mean you will eventually get APL, just be prayerful to be among God chosen. Presumably, access theory might hold for those that have received ".....". Don't ask for my source ooo because it is too salty .

It is now advisable for all local men & women to go to their local constituencies in their local govt and apply for local connections at nnpc so that their apl can be localized and locally forwarded for locality employment.

You never can say never. Those interviewers MIGHT be generous with markings in the early days. However, since the interview seems to be scheduled according to region in which test was taken, which region populates July 2??

Many people I know who wrote their CBT Benue, Plateau, Nasarawa, Niger, Abuja were interviewed on 2nd July ( whether or not they were indigenes). The theory though odd dey totori me multiple times grin grin

Oil producing states slot will most likely go through connection.

Local men/women, It is not every politician that has access or connection to NNPC. In other words, no be all connection dey connect.

Hmm nawa ooh, let's assume 27 candidates per state would be selected and a particular state has only one host community LGA where at least 4 candidates must be selected, so every other candidate not from that LGA are fighting for the 23 remaining slots in that state, while those from that LGA are fighting for 27 slots.
