you shall resume work 9 am and close by 6 pm Mondays to Saturdays working on public hols will be only when required b the business.

Proximity to office must be considered
Prospect on the Job must be considered
And the most important of it all, working environment. Must be a friendly and cordial atmosphere for work.

This doesn't require an offer letter except you working exclusively for a company.
Just ensure you and the other parties have an contract based agreement in written form sent via mail.
Something to hold them incase they default in agreement. Nothing serious.

Some people still put age,marital status,local government, gender and some other irrelevant information on their CV.

These information should not find it's way to your CV at all unless if specifically requested by the recruiter (which occurs in rare cases).Infact you do not need a biography section on your CV.

This is because sometimes the criteria for shortlisting candidates is not stated so these biographical parameters might put you at a disadvantage. So to be on the safer side you want to ommit these information from your CVs.

In addition,if the recruiter already has some bias or stereotypes for a certain tribe and that happens to be the tribe which the candidate has stated on his CV,if care is not taken it can ruin the candidate's chance of getting employed.So you want to stay safe by ommiting these information .
