Please, someone should advice me on what to do. I registered on 13th July 2019 and wrote the online test on 17th June 2019. I submitted my my test successfully after writing. I received message today being 19th 2019 telling me that the deadline has Now passed for stage1 of my shell application and since my completed assessment haven't yet been received that I have been withdrawn from the process.
I completed my test and submitted successfully and was told that I don't have any assessments to complete. I can close this browser window. But i didn't receive any working style feedback report. Someone should please help me.

That's exactly the same mail that I received

Were you sent the "You have completed stage 1 of your application" mail?

If you were sent the mail, then you case is very simple, just screenshot it and add as evidence to your complaint mail.

i think those that took it late on the 4th day or on the 5th day are having such problems. Remember they suggested to take it within the next 3 days. I took mine on the 4th day though, but early on the 4th day

You were supposed to have received it almost immediately after you've completed your test.

Just send a mail with screenshot of your initial invite to participate in the test, then it would be really helpful to state the time and date you actually took the test.

Oh I never paid attention to the difference in days. I'll just try and register again today with a different email and hope to be lucky

I would advice you not to re register, you would be disqualified totally. Send a mail if you did it before 5 days elapsed. And it should be resolved hopefully. Your call though

did your friend get a mail like yours. If not, then my initial theory still holds probably

Ok thanks. I was thinking the 5 days start counting from the day I got the mail which was 13th and so it ended 17, Hopefully the 5 days starts counting from 14 and ends on the 18th

Don't try it yet. That Will be your last resort, only advisable at last minutes. Write to them and see first. I have sent them mail
