I need to watch a nice action-packed series without the use of guns (I prefer boxing/kungfu/karate e.tc) kinda of series.

Are you sure Daredevil and Luke cage are Kungfu series?

Punisher is a combo of gunfight and martial arts commonly called gun fu.

Daredevil is MMA (mix martial arts).

Ditto Luke Cage, with a lil' gunfight thrown in.
