Oga jarus and xfire should give us insight about the details and procedures of how NNPC hirees are posted to various divisions and subsidiaries. I heard that a candidate's overall score determines whether the candidate works in the upstream, midstream or downstream. Anyone with legit info should kindly clarify.

Rationale : This was the assumptions that has made a lot of things happen to this thread such as over 400 pages yet APL has not show, people valuing no alert to credit alert, people seeing alert and asking questions if this is my portion of the national cake etc.

Going by the number of people that are currently viewing this thread, I am expecting a response of over 100 (active user and guest viewer). Atleast on that basis we can use this as inference on the total population interviewed as a lot of people participated in Jarus interview session which was active on this thread and also had feedback from candidate who were interviewed earlier to better prepare for their session.

I will collate the result whether u give an honest answer or not. Atleast, I will help someone reduce unnecessary tension running trru minds and focus on other hussle.

I don’t think so. The test has served its purpose. From 60k that’s sat for the test to 9k invited for the interview. The CBT has taken clear of 51k people already.

Interview and probably your CV will take care of this stage.

They didnt even collect my own file till after the interview... When they were walking me out, then they saw local man with green file and chairman confiscated it...

Those who got it could testify that I made sure they were really interested in MBB(McKinsey, Bain, BCG) or management consulting in their fields to limit unethical activities. I couldn't answer Other pms that came later as they were too many and none of them displayed core interest beforehand for me to single them out.

When APL comes alot of local men will be shocked, everybody just hope for the best yet prepare your mind for the worst..

Some sensitive info are better left unsaid especially if it is unfavorable to some factions. From the trend so far, all you will get are ridicules and insults. I suggest you leave everything to NNPC to break the news themselves.

2. Qualifications (1st Class, 2.1, Msc etc)
3. Relevant Certifications/Membership of Professional Bodies (EH especially)
4. Discipline
5. CBT score
6. Interview score
7. Special Recommendation

The top scorers will now have to battle with the available regional/state slots/quota based of FCC.

Indeed, I wish this were true. However, I noticed while at the amphitheatre that there were ghana-must-go bags of files for the candidates that had been interviewed. One guy was just lifting and arranging 'em files as though he was preparing them for storage. Unless theere' some kind of system application NNPC adopted for this recruitment exercise that electronically sorted our results based on the aforementioned criteria you listed above (this could be plausible if the secretary for each panel was indeed inputting the relevant details for each candidate during the interview), i fear the final selection may be based solely on the interview performance which is rather jejune. But then again we all have to respect the recruitment process and hope for the best,
