Good morning,
After getting a visa, is it compulsory to give birth at the same state and hospital that the doctor correspondence was used in getting the visa.

@demilade

why are u accusing me wrongly for what u intended to do which made u to ask the house above questions

,Is it a crime on this forum to ask for hospital name, since I have been following this tread I do not see such law.

Lol! You are “choosing” a hospital based on who will give you a free letter or you are lying on your application.

This is an example of why people no longer post their success stories but later see them posting that they are returning from the US. Its people that abuse the system and cut corners as yourself that have made it more difficult for other Nigerias. In this case by never intending to arrive to the hospital that gives you the free letter which in the end may be a lot more expensive, or by lying to the officer by saying you intend on going to a hospital you know nothing about and chose solely on the premise that they were still naive enough to still give a letter to someone that doesnt intend to visit them and making this hospital charge for this as most do.

God help our country and our people who think for no one but themselfs.

For your own sake, as you might have used the doctor's details in your application. Remember, you might have quoted him and the hospital during your application and interview: Remember the future.[/quote

Thank you. Noted

People are accusing you because we are not blind and have a brain and can read your poorly thought-out thought process.

Its only when people as yourself that try to renew their visa after delivery and comeback here crying (as many have done after not doing things correctly), going to different hospitals, paying less than they mentioned they would at the Embassy, that they are willing to do things correctly and pay what they owe. In the meantime, all the rest of us are affected because “we must all be the same” deceitful and lying country/people as you are.

Thank you for caring. I hope you grow up and hopefully grow a consciousness along the way. It’s not all about you, which I doubt you understand since if you cared even a little bit, you would have taken the time to read through the posts on this topic and you would know a little better, which I already know is too much to ask for from you.

You are asking for a hospital that gives a free letter, not a hospital. I doubt a free letter is the way anybody chooses a hospital.

Although you may think you are clever and may amuse yourself, I can asure you most here (and the US Embassy) are a bit more intelligent for what you are giving them credit for.

I was also refused visa once before I returned better prepared.

Do not answer what You were not asked, and also never tell the VO You want Your child to experience dual citizenship, saying You need better health care during delivery is enough. Do not apply immediately if nothing has changed, build Your confidence and do not act desperate by answering questions You were not asked, it's a red flag.

Please who has an idea how much the minimum total cost of hospital bill that is reasonable for the visa interview. I got discounted price from doctores para ti - $5450, which I complained about, they however said I should tell them how much I willing to pay. I also contacted Holy Cross
Hospital, Maryland, and the price they gave is $1500 for delivery fee and minimum $5000 for hospital apart from prenatal visit and sonogram fees.

Please are these bill ok to present at the embassy for visa interview?

Thanks

Doctoresparati.com will bill you whatever you want to pay with $5450 being the maximum discount, basically, you can choose your price so the price is not an issue at the Embassy if you want to pay more or if you think it's not enough.
Re: Give Birth In USA: Cost And Procedures Part 6 by tabso: 12:35pm On Jul 20, 2019
Ok thanks Vlesparza.

I will like to pay all without any discount, how much do you think is best to choose and which other hospitals do you suggest will give a good quote without the need of adjustment. What do you also think of prepaying all as a proof for financial solvency at the embassy? Is this a good move?

If you are trying to prove you have money to pay for your delivery, prepaying is a good way of proving it since you have already paid. You may want to do this or not since you may be asked for it, or not. It depends on how much you are not willing to risk being aked and denied for this reason. You can prepay and still be denied for another reason like lack of proof of strong ties to your country.

Gbam! I don't know how else to say it to make some Nigerians stop cutting corners and circumventing systems. You go in with one hospitals letter and then switch when you get in. Sense will not kee us in this country.

Just be straight forward

I think the responsibility of this forum is to educate people not to insult or pass judgement on people, if there are factors to be considered before looking for hospital, it's the duty of both of you not create wrong impression about your fellow men.thanks

Yes we have being educating people on how to be an honest and responsible human beings, how not to abuse the system for selfish reasons, how to set a good example as Nigerians.

If you think that what we are doing is insulting then you are part of the problem we have as Nigerians

Be careful with maryland hospitals and be in contact with someone that has used them

You can easily end up with a bill of $20k another $14k so ask well.

Some hospitals charge mother n baby room seperately, some charge epidural as dr n nursing fee, some charge c/s and surgron assistant for c/s so ask well o dont assume

Avoid texas esp overflogged hospitals not just gor interview but cbp too

El Paso, Texas is doing fine: https://www.facebook.com/doctoresparati/

Hello mums,
Sorry not being following the thread after delivery, trying to bounce back.
Pls what's this update on trump's ban against birth citizenship for mums.
Is there any such thing? Pls can someone refer me to the facts of what happened and what consequences this poses for intending mums traveling to birth and return?
I truly appreciate

iwuoahsamuels:
Below are the list of documents I attended my interview with- aka “burden of proof”
mutual benefit statement
Personal savings account
Salary acount statement
Pension statement
1 year payslips
Letter of introduction from employer stating how long I have worked , my destination and that I’d be on paid vacation from the month of travel
Preggy scan
Marriage certificate and court affidavit of change of names
Marriage picture
Budget sheet (attached in previous post)
Tax I’d
Hospital correspondence showing bill(unpaid)
Doc correspondence showing date of first appointment and bill(unpaid)
Correspondence from hotel (unpaid)
Drivers license
Hubby valid visa page datapage

That’s what I can recall, will check and add more when I’m home to check the files, some of those documents may not apply to u or u may not need it but I always believe to be “over-prepared” than miss a thing.
All the best

Yeah the ad has been up there for years. But the blatant advert is just so unnecessary. Imagine someone asking for circumcision in Maryland. Maryland oh! And you’re quoting to give her prices in Texas and not even Houston or Dallas, El Paso! Que??!

So she’s supposed to travel from Maryland to circumcise her son in Texas? This is actually very funny.
