There use to be an hack to the shell process but since the process was changed somethings changed.

As you know from your experience, different companies with their different process. The simplest ones usually consider some "trivial" factors in the recruitment process.

i asked you on that thread why you thought all claimed ODVI invites are false as you seemed sure. Also i think we should continue the thread here to keep the chain going. When a lot of people get invites, trust me, the questions from the sessions would be discussed here

If they already got the ODVI interview, I am sure they would have detailed us on the questions asked during that session

I really do not just understand why some people here just take this matter of odvi invitations personal.

As for me I don't care whether those acclaimed odvi invitation were true or not. All I care about is waiting for feedback from shell itself with still the hope of getting success email.

I can't remember the exact questions now. The questions are behavioural and nothing to worry about.

Just know why you want to join the company and how your experiences aligns with shell's way of doing things.

When you get the video invite, you will get more directional advice. However, it was nothing outside the ordinary interview questions. Aligning your experiences to give a proper answer to the question asked.

Please I did my test yesterday and I want to reapply and do another test, is that advisable? Whereas I haven’t seen my test result but I’m not convinced of success mail.
Another one is that I haven’t gotten my assessment score mail like others do get immediately after the assessment. I don’t know if I’m safe
I’m thinking of reapplying and writing the test again...please will it backfire...or I should wait for my result first

wait for your result. Re applying to rewrite would disqualify you totally
